"It'd be a real shame if this truck suffered the same fate as DOTM Megatron's alt mode, and only appears for a few seconds..." After watching the film: Womp womp 😥
The engineering you developed for this figure was exquisite. It's the sort of thing I would expect from a 3rd-party company aiming for the adult collectors maket. Very well done!
The algorithm has been hitting it out of the park lately Transformers: ✔️ Lego: ✔️ MOC:✔️ Intricate af: ✔️ Got right to the point: ✔️ Smashed that sub button.
For his sword, a clip and new small claw from the mechs and Ant-Man Buildable Figure might be good. I've made my own version, but ran into the issue of his shoulders are 2 studs wide while his chest is 4. I make his truck nose split in half then wrap around itself to replicate the grill chest, using 2 claws to simulate the spikes.
@@Greanbeens14 It would be like omega supreme. Maybe the station would form the torso, and then the tracks would form the limbs and the jetpack, and then the roller coaster cart would form the head.
I hate to be that person but a cursory evaluation of the model featured in the motion picture's teaser trailer, indicates that he did have the vehicle parts, one wheel located in the knee and another in/or near the thigh joint, and the chest being the front of the vehicle. He is very much a post AoE design, think of TLK Optimus Prime as an example.
I definitely noticed the hip wheel, but I'm not sure I can see any on the knees. My current assumption is that what we've seen is just scourge with some of his kibble removed. The set scourge is seen on looks to me like it could be in the city we see the three (likely terrorcon) protoforms landing in. Him nearly killing bee also seems like it would be their way of introducing the character and setting the stakes. Because of that I suspect it's early in the film, possibly even his first scene and before he scans the truck. But instead of making a whole new model they just trimmed off the extra noticable vehicle details. The two pieces of kibble we can see are the internal hip wheel and his chest, one is easy to miss and the other is integral to the character design.
The back is pretty in line with the toy so it all works out in the end The rise of the beast studio figures seem to have trouble hiding their hands for some reason
