Is Legoland like Disneyland in the sense that you need the app to be able to do everything? Obviously not in the waterpark portion but on the regular park side?
I would have to say no. The app at Legoland is really only helpful for me when it comes to showtimes and character times. The wait times at Legoland are not as accurate as Disney. Where I find a ride states 25 minute is truly 10 minutes above or below. LEGOLAND doesn’t get as accurate a wait time. Disneyland has made the culture at the park so that the app is almost a necessity to do anything from ordering food to reserving rides on genie.
Absolutely possible. It just depends on you and your party on what you want to spend more time on and do. The aquarium takes 30/45 minutes on average I’d say, unless you want to stick around for aquarium talks with the keepers. It’s a small aquarium and very easy to get done and save that for last because the aquarium is always open 30 minutes past Legoland closing time. The waterpark only has the couple slides and usually not a terrible wait, but if you want to spend lots of time in the water you can but I have never spent more than maybe 2.5 hours each time I’ve done the waterpark. The theme park part is where you really make the decision on how long you want to wait in lines and for what rides? If you are trying to ride every ride and see every show as well as do the waterpark and aquarium then I’d say that’s impossible. But if you want to do say 50% of the rides including the big ones like Ninjago and Emmets Flying Adventure and Dragon Coaster then yes you can do all 3 parks in 1 day. It just would be a matter of making priorities and creating a “must do” list. Does that help?
Great video! I am going to LegoLand in July and got a hopper pass. Are there any other rides (not part of the waterpark) besides Pirate Reef that I can expect to get soaked on?
Splash Battle is the only other ride that has water elements in which you would certainly get wet on. There’s water guns from other riders that will get you pretty soaked if it’s busy.
@@Jnami22 You are very welcome! I am glad that these videos are able to help you! I did want to let you know that for whatever reason both Splash Battle and Pirate Reef are closed for maintenance/refurbishment. I went to Legoland last Saturday and they were closed and there is no word on when they will reopen. SO there may be a chance that they are closed when you get there.
You are very welcome! I am honored to know that my video helped you and your son! Please feel free to ask me any and all questions you may have that I can try to answer for you.
