ingredients
3 bunches of palak
⅓ Cup mustard oil
1tsp zeera
I big chopped onion
⅓tsp of heing
½tsp turmeric powder
sal to taste
chilli to taste
1½tbsp gram flour
1½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
3m2 big tomatoes chopped
tarka:
2-3 tbsp of butter or desi ghee
1½tsp cumin seeds
1½-2 tbsp chopped garlic
7 red dried chilli
chilli flakes(optional)
