Thank you Mr Hugh for your consistently excellent coverage all things Leica and including your partner in life, Ms Claudia in all the fun, Just ordered the SL3, and I see one of your NYC Walking Classes in the not to distant future. Cheers
@@Jd10401it depends on the brand and the size of the channel. Some brands gift some channels product. Some brands like Sony offer discounts - it just depends on what value that channel can bring.
The updated camera is nice and very tempting. If I get one later this year, I’ll still keep my silver SL2. In hand, the new SL3 feels great. I prefer the new power button, much faster turn on time, new info display (the info tags on the screen can have a transparent banner, instead of the screen-hogging black one (hopefully this will trickle down to the SL2 with a firmware update). I also like the multifunction handgrip.
Took one with me right after the introduction here in Switzerland. Tried it all day in the studio and it is fantastic. Love what they did to the size and weight. Even my associate is converted after using it and seeing the results in C1. We just ordered two more to replace my SL2 and her A7RVs. I’ll hang on to my SL2-S for now. Love that camera. Bit puzzled though why there’s no Content Authentication? Could it be…an SL3-P down the road? Would loved to have internal storage too.
I love you reviews - enthusiastic yet realistic about drawbacks. I love my SL2-S, M11 and Q3 at the moment, and will need to touch/feel the new SL3 before placing an order!
I always love your videos. As a Leica M11 owner, I started to become very interested in the SL2 in 2023. This video, and your enthusiasm in general, has sold me on the SL3. Thank you, Hugh, for doing what you do!
As polished as the experience might be, I have trouble understanding why there is so many limitations on the SL3. The biggest one in my opinion being the burst rate. 15fps is nice and all, but it's with locked focus. If you want full quality RAW files, you need to reduce it to 4 frames per second, and if you want to hit that 5fps burst you need to go to 12bit files. Why? Is it a limitation of the processor? Why was Sony able to do 10fps with uncompressed 14bit RAW files 5 years ago with basically the same sensor? This makes me kind of uneasy, especially looking at the price of the SL3. It also makes me a little worried about the S1RII. Yes, Leica doesn't much care about spec sheets, but they have their loyal customer base so they can walk it off no problem. Lumix though? They're going to be compared to the A7RV the moment the camera drops and if it's limited to 4fps with AF it will not be good looking.
🤠These videos should be sponsored by Gas X or Rolaids. As I look at my camera bag all I can say to myself is "negative ghostrider, the pattern is full". This video does intrigue me as to what the Panasonic S1R ii will be all about.
As a Pro (35yrs in the chair) I have never even held a Leica let alone used one - current crop of our cameras as follows - Hasselblad X2D, Hasselblad CFV100c (we were the first in the UK to have one - thanks to those awfully kind folks at Clifton Cameras), a robust Fujifilm GFX100II, for the T+S 110 and the 250mm, the MCEX 16 Extension tube, and in time the 35mm T+S which we have ordered, and the ahem 402MP capability - yes we do - Also a 'do all' Nikon ZF. But, like yourselves, we have also just ordered 2 SL3's but the question remains what will we sacrifice? No we aren't sure either...... Will let you know - thanks for the review Hugh - yours was the one we were waiting for as always. Happy shooting when they arrive; cant wait to see what you do with them.
@@3BMEP Coll Beans Mr Hugh Sir - we are at the exact same thought process - Jane loves her Nikon, especially the +W button and FF - the Fuji is a work horse put to use most days for something or other - the Hass are for our family portrait work - but LEICA!!!!!!!!!!!! Its our dream - so yes - we may have to go camera crazy. - one thing which interests me - is popping some M Glasses on them - I'm going to be going through some of your back catalogue to see what you guys have done previously - take care and enjoy the rest of the day
Ahhh references to Tuvix are why I come to this channel. Also the episode when we learned that Janeway could be a cold hearted murderer. The camera looks cool too.
So Hugh, Im a big fan. Your delivery makes it very easy to just keep listening, sometimes I get lost in it and forget what were looking at. With that said Hugh, if you could only have one, SL3 or Q3 Thank you.
They write “Leica,” and we read “Panasonic.” Why would they make Panasonic in Germany? Panasonic S5 ii body with probably a Sony 60 mps sensor for $7000. It makes total sense.
Reminds me of Porsche enthusiasts. A modern Camry is so much better on paper but the tactile experience and simplicity is worth more, and sometimes worth alot more to some. I loved my Leica Q, so much more than the Canon R6 system I have now. It has its place, but I think cameras have gotten needlessly complicated and video focused.
I ordered the SL3 early and got it the day it released (to my surprise). I'm just testing my Sony A7RV against the SL3 in some street shots. I have started to use a Voigtlander APO 35mm f/2 on both to compare both of them in the street. The A7RV holds up well but the colours on the SL3 are crazy better out of raw and jpeg. I can definitely tweak the Sony but it's just more fun shooting the SL3. Then I put the amazing Sony 35mm f/1.4 GM on my A7RV and the subtle but powerful Leica APO-Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 on the Leica SL3 and shot at f/2 on both. Immediately I was reminded why I shoot Leica M and SL and put the Sony down the next trip. I love the A1 for wildlife but I will probably sell the A7RV and buy a 21mm APO SL. Now I intend to compare my venerable SL2 to the SL3 for daytime and landscape. I know what will come out of this from shooting my M11 at night for street photography but the SL2 is just reliable that I've grown attached to it. I think I'm keeping the SL2 for a backup and for manual focus. If anything, the SL3 made me appreciate how truly well-executed the SL2 really was, despite the challenging autofocus. I think I have a soft spot for the SL2, similar to my feelings for my first digital M (Leica M typ 246 Monochrom) that I can't seem to part with.
This camera is way out of my price range, and even further away from what I actually need. However, I really enjoy Hugh's presentations, so I've just spent half an hour listening to him talk about something I have no interest in whatsoever! I think that's quite an achievement for any RU-vid presenter. 😄😄
Now that you got yours hands on both the SL3 and the X2D, I would love to get your opinion as to what system you ought to take out shooting for the work you do. Great video btw.
Thank you for the video. Retired now so I won’t be spending the money on this fine product but I’m lucky to own the Sony trio of an A1, A7RV, and A7CR so I can still capture great images with my combination of Sony GM/G-wiz and Sigma I-series glass. Still found your review fun to watch and love your enthusiasm. Maybe some day I will attend your NYC street class. Take care.
I thought of you and Claudia, Hugh, the second I saw Leica's announcement! I would have bet good money that you would buy (at least) two of these! Love your videos and please keep up the great work!
As always, an excellent review thank you Hugh. I received my SL3 last week, and despite the upgrades, a seamless transition from the SL2, which I sold. Still hanging on to the SL2-S Reporter as back up for the SL3. Notice you're a fan of the Sigma L mount lenses, as am I. I'm based in South Africa & shoot mainly wildlife & birds here & in Tanzania, the Sigma 60-600mm -amazingly sharp, albeit heavy & wide range of focal lengths, its made my Leica VE 90-280mm just about redundant.
Honestly a hard sale Hugh. A Sony A7R V at roughy half the price does it better in every way. Same sensor I suppose. A GFX 100 ii give a lot more for the same $
As someone who has long wanted to move into medium format, what the GFX 100s II does not have is nearly as robust a lens lineup, as useful a wireless transfer solution, or as well executed a menu system. Also, I would have to check if Fuji has an IP rating for the 100S II, as well.
@@tylerdoestech I think they have a decent lens lineup that can satisfy most photographers, unless you want a long focal length for sports and wildlife. The menu system is hostile when you move from one system to another. I love the simplicity of menu in Leica rangefinders. SL3 doesn’t have the soul of Leica. It’s Lumix in a different housing.
@@owenrodgers8020 well I use the Sigma lineup and I live it every bit. I love the Leica rangefinders and the Q. SL3 doesn’t have a significant update for photography and the video - you know what. I have never felt the soul of Leica in SL series. That’s subjective though.
Being more into video, I noticed that the microphones on the SL3 seem to be pointing forward (at the top of the hump). I consider this to be better than the other configurations I have seen on many cameras. Could you try this test? Put the camera on a lazy susan and slowly spin it while playing a fairly consistent noise source a couple feet from it. If you could do this with another camera for comparison, we might get a sense of how directional the sound recording is.
I would like to talk color science for a second. Maybe this is just low level thinking of me so please correct me if I am wrong or explain it to me in greater detail. Why does color science matter if you are editing color in post in your chosen photo editor? I get it straight out of camera the files can look amazing, but to differentiate yourself you would want to edit the file to make it yours, right? 🤔
Hey Hugh, I watched your magnificent review for the n-th time. Love your passion and nyonce. An SL and Q2 owner myself, living but 40 minutes from the Berlin Leica Store, resisting the temptation to buy the SL 3 is getting harder every day. BTW, did anyone comment on the background music you chose for this review yet? "Through Glass" (by Ooyy), how thoughtfull and ultimately fitting. Thanks for your continued inspiration! See you In Berlin this fall! Axel
I can't get past the fact that I can buy a Z8 and a Z-24/35/50/85 s 1.8 for the price of the body alone, with change. Thus the question remains, for the additional price of acquiring lenses for the SL3, would the extra expense really be worth it?
You could say, “Blah blah, blah-blah-blah, boop, bing-bing,” and I’d still be enthralled. Love everything you do, here, Hugh. Thanks to you, I’ve slowly crept back to seeing and feeling photography as a highly personal art form, and not an act of simply ‘getting shots’. I echo your sentiments re operational simplicity. And your simpler Jobs paraphrase is simply better.
Thanks Hugh. I have never commented on one of your videos but have watched quite a few. I have to say what I love about your videos is the proper use of language (too much in some cases even for my liking but I am picky ;-)). Also your videos are always very well produced. I do have a few qualms with this vid in particular: 1. You say your photography is evolving past the capabilities of the SL2 - I say bollocks. Let's be honest there are probably 0.1% of real photographers who are limited by an actual camera. (and here in the next video you can say that and then plug your photowalks to improve the listeners skills ;-)) But please be honest and state it as it is: Your upgrade is your love for Leica and GAS. 2. You like many others keep saying that L mount has 80 lenses to chose from and that this is an advantage over Sony, which it's not, as only Panasonic lenses are not available for Sony, whereas Sigma is available on E mount. And of the L mount glass, how many are basically identical clones, Sigma, Panasonic, Leica 35/50 1.8 and 2.0s are basically all the same. (don't get me wrong as a consumer your love the selection, but state it how it is). 3. One thing I like you mentioned and have not seen in other reviews was the lack of the manual assist focus aid that you hoped Leica would add (like Nikon Zf) and they were unable to implement it due to lack of electronic contact between manual lenses and the body. This, I do not believe is accurate, when I had the Zf I used M mount lenses with focus confirmation - as all reading is happening at sensor level. (unless I misunderstood your comment). Anyway thanks for taking the time to review.
Jan, thanks for writing. I take umbrage at your suggestion that I’m being less than honest, as you apparently know me better than I know myself; you conflate precisely what I said about L-mount glass vs Sony with what OTHERS have said. NOT what I have said. As for my language: thank you?
Well Hugh, sorry to offend. I have no issues on why you upgrade and what you upgrade to. But can you honestly say the SL2 is limiting your work especially when coupled with whatever Sony/Nikon/Panasonic body you have and will continue to use. I would love to hear your comments on my 3rd point from the original post.
Mmmm....I'm pretty sure Panasonic will come up with their take on the high megapixel side of things for the L mount, so if the price of this Leica brings tears to your eyes you just wait and see...much more reasonable pricing. But if you want Leica you pay. Simple as that
Looks like a gorgeous camera. I am not willing to pay that much money for a camera, but that's highly subjective and I'm a pure hobbyist. I can totally understand the fascination of Leica - i feel it too. I wish you and your wife a fabulous time with the new cameras (when they arrive).
Very informative, thank you, as you answered my question about whether to upgrade from the SL2. I was particularly interested in your favorable comments for the Sony A7R5. I took up wildlife/birds-in-flight in earnest last year, and as you know BIF are beyond the capabilities of the autofocus on my SL2 coupled with my Leica 100-400 (starts at f/9 with the 1.4 TC). In need of a "tool" for BIF, I first rented the S5II body but found the autofocus inconsistent at best when shooting BIF using my Leica 100-400 (with or without the TC). I then rented the A7R5/Sony f/5.6-6.3 100-600. I was delighted with the results and purchased the A7R5/Sony 100-600/ Sony 24-70 as my wildlife/BIF/video kit. Is it fair to say the S5II is the DNA in the SL3's new autofocus system? If so, then is it also fair to say that the SL3 would be a major upgrade to the SL2 for video (as you point out) but a modest upgrade for photography, not on a par with the best from Sony for BIF and other fast-moving subjects demanding best available autofocus? I'll keep my SL2 and use it and my M10-R for everything else, which was what they were designed for in the first place. As always, I look forward to your videos.
As I've told you before, I shoot with a Q3 and SL2. Oh yeah, I have a Q2M also. I just ordered the SL3 and will sell my SL2 and likely the Monochrom... I sure hope I can get to the city and do a workshop with you. Keep up the great work here.
that's nice, but as a retired older man finally getting to explore art, this camera will never fit my budget and nobody is going gift me with one, so this camera along with nikon Z9, Z 8 Hasselblad and fiji full frame, will remain unattainable with no impact on my art
@3BMEP by the way, as I started with a Z6 when they first came out being a long term Nikon user, I do have the Z50 also and desperately hope nikon will upgrade this camera, not asking for alot just a few more megapixils, In body stabilization a little faster processor and articulating screen, as I'm invested in nikon glass and would be a pain to switch to fuji as much as mey be appealing. I love street and art such as abstractions so I don't need a hand held version of HAL, saying "I'm sorry Dave" But more importantly, I want to thankyou for sharing your Zen approach and perfectly articulated thoughts, impressions, and feelings take care
I bought me a Sony RX10m4, a bridgecam that works good enough for my preferenses. 24-600mm, check out that camera and see for your self if it fits you too.
We need to be honest. Leica cameras and lenses are good but not a good value. Quite the opposite- their main attraction is image and brand - like buying a Gucci handbag when other lower priced options are just as good. Let’s face it the technology delivered by the Japanese companies is not only superior - it provides much of the Leica components. This is made evident when suggesting the mount of 3rd party lenses- from Japan nonetheless. I suggest the following - go do a shoot with 3 or 4 modern cameras - including the SL3 -then ask your viewers to do a blind test (pun intended) asking them to pick out the Leica photos…..
there is no Fuji full frame... but i understand what you want to say. anyways... I can remember when i wanted to buy an Alpha 65... It was 899 and i thought... maaaann when will i be able to purchase this beast... meanwhile u had basically every single sony camera (2x A1, 7sIII, A9II, FX3 etc.) and now SL3 SL2-S SL2 M11 Q3 what i want to say... dont Limit yourself with those thoughts... if photography is your priority... then you will own it.
Great video as always Hugh. Do you think the SL3 is as good as the SL2-S at high ISO’s? I’d like the extra resolution, so I’m considering upgrading. I chose the SL2-S because of the cleaner files, but if the SL3 is on par, I think I’d be sold!
Loved your review. Wonderful camera. I wholeheartedly endorse your final comment about an M series packed with the specs of the SL3! I recently bought my first Leica: a 1968 M3. The backstory is that I had used Canon up until the 5DIII. Yet I wasn’t attracted to Canon’s RF cameras. They don’t inspire me. Nor do any Sony cameras other than the RX1RII… but that is pricey, unsuitable for video and dated. In the meantime due to the videos by you and certain other reviewers, I dipped my toe in the MFT water with a LUMIX G9 (oh and I might have picked up a Fujifilm XE3 as well but that is off message here). It is the L2 partnership and the lovely little Panasonic Leica lenses I have procured, that led me to the M2. I was also interested to learn that Leica had a partnership with Minolta in the late 1970s. My first camera was the X-300 from just after that era. The upshot is I now listen intently to Leica news! I attribute it to the L2 partnership between Leica and LUMIX, and also reviewers like you who have widened my view of the photography market. So thank you! PS - Excellent music too!
Dear Hugh, I became Photojournalist because Starship Captain was not available, so I would have loved to see Andreas Kaufmanns face while you described the concept of Tuvix to him ;))
@@3BMEP I don't mean to be a pest, but do you intend to publish a more thorough review of the SL3 shortly? As near as I can tell after handling the SL3 for just a few minutes at the Leica Store Soho, there still is no live depth of field preview. Just like on the SL2, you still must assign the depth of field preview simulation function to one of the customizable buttons. So, this is an extra step and makes the camera even more slow to operate. (On my Nikon Z8, depth of field preview is automatic up to f5.6.)
The lack of real-time DOF bothers me too, Howard (I’ve communicated my wish for it, and Panasonic has done it for years), but there’s so much on my plate at the moment to estimate when I’ll circle back to the SL3. OTOH, Claudia’s SL3 has arrived, so…
Honestly, when I heard you talking about the SL3, I kept hearing a similar voice about Lumix cameras and the way they think about their products. To me, I think with the SL3, Panasonic and Leica have been talking much more together for this release. Especially on the tech side. Finally, an app and Bluetooth connection that actually works? And is fast? Mind you, I'm excited because I'm hoping this tech will also find its way to the rumored Lumix S1R II that is supposed to be released closer to the end of the year. I was thinking of adding the original S1R to my m43 stable... But it just wasn't enough. With 60MP, wireless tech/app and a nice boost in dynamic range, a Leica cousin might just do it. And the body looks VERY similar to the S5II and G9 bodies. Which is for accessories and compatibility. Especially for batteries. Yes We're living in a golden era of photography. Great photos are only limited by our imagination at this point. The tech is more than capable at even some of the lowest price points. Keep up the great work. Have fun with your new toys, err. I mean tools!
HI! Special video- as always! Question: Did You use the Phase One IQ4? (and the trichomatic and BW?) Would love to hear Your thoughts on those... First, Your voice makes it always a nice listen, and second, I know its not the most versatile camera - hold that thought 🙂, but nonetheless has very good picture quality, and third and lastly, those gourgous Schneider lenses produce stunning images...
@@3BMEP bless you. But just rent them... I used them one time in a studio setting, but would have loved to have it, in the alpa Switzerland version, as an landscape tool or for architectural work... Incredible... But your take on it would be appreciated AND well sought after.. You are the perfect person for an based and kind of biased approach that can be related to... Have a great day!
Could have sworn you touched on this in the video, but can’t find it now going back through the transcript- how does the SL3 compare to the Hassy X2D (and to a lesser extent GFX 100ii)?
Question, so you own the Sony A7RV and now the SL3. In what situations would you use one over the other. A7RV I would say for faster moving objects and more complex shots.
Yes, but it really boils down to this: for my personal photography, SL3 (makes me happy); for business when I can only carry one system for photo and video, a7R V (smaller, faster, lighter, cheaper). I recognize that last attribute is relative. 🖖🏻
@@3BMEP thanks for the response. Thinking about the SL3 for more personal work. The M11 truly has spoiled me when it comes to Leica colors and camera feel. A7RV sadly a great camera is uninspiring. Personally to me.
The stuff that DREAMS are made of & if you don’t have a dream how can you make it come true 🤩 Like a good ROLEX watch a LEICA SL3 is a good investment and wonderful camera to have as a family heirloom to hand down to the next generation of photographer filmmaker. I now know what I am working towards and saving up for. 📸😎🇦🇺
Another blind man here with the elephant in the room: I visited Wetzla last Friday to perform a test shooting with the M11Monochrome: Within 192 shots I experienced to camera freezes which made me to put out the battery, one with, the other without loss of a file. Both with different SD cards. (The last freeze with a Canon was with the EOS1D MII more than a decade ago) What is the status of Leica's SW quality so far products lacking minimum standards 2 years after launch? Yes, I am talking about the user experience with the Software!
@@3BMEP I documented details on the Leica Forum. Sadly this camera is not the only one. Just one open question: Should I purchase a M11Monochrome with this in mind???
Life is totally unfair 😢. I love the SL2 but the 3 just sounds like a monster with fixes to the few issues that I wish were there. Oh well, I guess ya can’t take it with ya. 😂.
Is the i series good enough for this sensor? I wanted to get the Sony A7RV (as a street-body next to my Z8) but now am thinking about the Q3 or SL3 with I Series instead!
I was eager to view your first impressions of the SL3, and is on spot. Aside note.. your "love" for Canon is truly evident. You can't be unpartial with Leica, and I get that, I´m also too, but on the other side of the scope, you can't hide the "love" for Canon.. I always wonder what they did to you. Does Canon have some fat bodies??? Just compare to the Nikon and they are considerably slimmer and lighter.
Always an individual answer. The SL3 can do anything I want (other than being small and light); the M11 for me is for a much narrower yet utterly joyful set of use cases in a size and weight I love.
I am tempted to just blow 10 grand on a Leica sometimes to get the desire out of my system, but I always talk myself out of it. I think the brand is more attractive to me than the cameras when I really try to whittle down what I want. And I know I'm too lazy to sell it. 😂 I want to like this, but that's about it. It's just not tickling me as much as the reviewers, and I can't figure out what's causing the dissonance. 🤔
So no fingerprint recognition on the new power button? Asking for a friend. Please make my equipment safer. Seriously they almost had me with this one, I nearly bought it but as a landscape photographer, I recently purchased a Hasslblad. Leica has me intrigued and I may still add this to my toolkit. Thanks for all of your videos.
A PAIR of SL3s and you’re not even going to share ?? That is an endorsement of this lovely product, for sure. Lord knows I wouldn’t mind that hybrid AF, which was considerably overdue, or the other useful bits. But it has to be The Original Series for me rather than The Next Generation, because I’m all film these days and anyway I just bought a battery grip for mine and I bet that doesn’t fit. Getting Tamron in the L-Mount alliance would swing it though: I could ditch the Sony A9 (but not the big Canon). But I would wait for the SL3-S. You sat through every season of Voyager ? I wanted to cut my own throat after the first one. No, I am strictly Kirk and Spock and Bones, though Kirk would be on the wrong end of a Me Too litigation in 2024. Crew members, alien diplomats, even women-shaped androids: Kirk just couldn’t stop being Kirk. But Voyager was over-corrective: sterile, prim, hand-sanitised, Brycreemed and worthy. Floreat Leica: I don’t begrudge this brilliant company a penny of my money. I would buy an SL3-S if I weren’t so obsessed about my retirement fund and if it weren’t for the fact that my spotless SL2-S is still a lovely thing that is a pleasure to hold, look at and use.
I am so happy that I am retired! I cannot ever afford, these super priced nonsense! Yes! I make images with long outdated gear! I use film, use my very old Leica-M3, Rolleiflex, some inexpensive CCD digitals. I quit pro work decades ago. I don't work for free, for a deadline of yesterday, bags of gear! I happily go out with a roll in my camera. Seldom, an extra lens! The Image is everything!
I bet the most sold Leica lenses by mount are: MFT. WHERE is a Leica MFT camera? Really small, unique experience, but top notch sensor and build quality. Form factor like a Panasonic GX1 - hot shoe EVF, Leice comptabile of course, weather sealed. And a b/w model... . Tilt-Screen? No thanks. makes it those few mm too thick. Paired with updated weather sealed Leica DG lenses like the famous Summilux 15mm 1.7 - would sell like "hot cakes" AS THERE IS NOTHING offered by Panasonic or Olympus Systems. I wonder who will buy Leica in 10, 20 or 30 years? For sure - generation SmartPhone-Throw-away-AI-cameras NOT... BTW: check what GX1 or GM1 are selling for - crazy, but for a reason.
Can’t say with authority about how much or little they differ, but from a P&L perspective it would make sense that they be the same. Triple resolution? Yes.
Leica value lies in an invisible fearure. Ruthless QA. It is cheaper to set wider tolerances before rejecting components. It is cheaper to use slightly lower quality. Beautiful photos can be taken with almost any camera. We buy what we can afford. Leica offers a solution for those wanting the bleeding edge of quality, at a matching price. Canon and Nikon also offer cutting edge pro lenses at astronomical prices. They fill the budget niche better than Leica. So do Fuji and Olympus/OM. At my age, gear weight and IBIS become critical. Olympus MFT meets that need within my budget. Every person has their own selection criteria. Existing manufacturers are meeting a very broad set of needs. They survive.
A rolling shutter party camera............no stacked sensor on a camera who is aimed to shoot wide open noctilux and summilux lenses, neutral density manufactures are happy
So they now have the specs of a Sony a7R V, down to the same sensor, in a body that has very few customizable buttons or wheels, and a menu system that is excruciatingly slow and unergonomic due to too-pervasive animations and touch-only interface. Even after all these years, I still fail to see what the “Leica magic” is all about, other than highfalutin wax poetic RU-vid videos.
have you given leica a try i think their q2 or m10 are just wonders i personally am a leica shoot always thought sony fuji canon have much better tech having come from the fuji x system and the canon but j shoot leica for the experience and the build quality and interface i fact i love the sl2s buttons and dial sometimes leica just feels like a way of life rather than a tool which sounds so cheesy but you gotta try most of us know that our leica aren’t actually that technology minded but we love the experience the leica gives us
@@alucard19 You just blurbed a nonsense. Other than buzzwords such as “experience” and “way of life”, which is what I meant by “highfalutin nonsense”, can you elaborate, more eloquently, please, what exactly you like about the Leica?
