Model shows seem to be getting more elaborate and fancy, now we have model houses with scaffolding and conservtories on them lol. My idea of a model railway is the tradtional old fashioned type steam trains, old buildings, no overhead power lines or high rise steel fences around the track.
Another great show on display. The exhibitors go to great lengths to present there layout to the visitors. Well presented TS much admire your presentations.
Does anyone know what month they used to hold the Model show that used to be at Lowton Civic Hall in the 1990s?. I remember going to the show they held there in 1990 but don't remember the month, at a guess I'd say maybe Aug, Sept or Oct. I have some home video taken at that show. My dad was well into model railways in the 1990s and we built our own in our loft, but it's strange that we never went to the Lowton show again, I just assumed it was a one-off. We once went another show at Liverpool Cathedral, this was on the 15th Sept 1990. Anyone remember the Liverpool model show?. I've asked on other videos but people only seem to remember the one at Crosby. The only shows we ever used to go to after that where at Wigan College which were usually held around December, and still are I think.
Nobody's gonna tell you but a musician - that music track you use in each episode is awful. Atonal meandering chord changes. Surely you could pick a better copyright free psuedo computer generated guitar sounding track that has better harmonic contingency. Other than that, your videos are fine.
