Idk where shit got wrong but then he got stuck in the program and couldn't leave and the fans voted for him till he went on the finals when finally he lost....You could see he didn't want to be there in the first place lmao...
to the ones who dont know whats going on: he came with two Japanese contestants to teach them chinese as a a favor to his friend who sent the guys. the show needed 101 contestants but people weren't applying and many couldn't come due to visa issues. the staff strtred recruiting interns who never even wanted to become an idol in the first place. when the staff saw lelush and how handsome he was, they coerced him into joining and he too went with it since he thought it would be a challenging and new experience since he knew for sure he wouldn't win anyway but really regretted thinking that.
This is like when your mother sent you to study meds and you want to drop out but you can't because you don't want to hurt your mom's feelings but instead make her proud. Lelush don't want to leave the show as a drop out trainee and just waited to be eliminated but I think he realized that his fandom is quite big and he don't want to disrespect their support for him that's why he is still in the show even he is so eager to go home.

He can be a model in China if he wants to. Since his fandom in China is super big now and being successful in China means huge bucks. As of the final day before the final live, he’s 18th.
If he had participated on the show just as a translator and not as a trainee, he probably wouldn't have as many opportunities to work as a model today. A few months of labor in exchange for more opportunities to pursue what you actually want to do, that's a lucky coincidence. He's actually living my dreams by not even trying hard at all, and yet becoming super successful in the entertainment industry literally overnight. (I do feel like most of his popularity is because of his good looks though.) Honestly I'm kinda jealous of him lol

Lelush's chinese fans already gave up to vote him now. They made him got into the top 11 just wanna know if he'll change his mind to be an idol. But he doesnt want it so they were respect his wish. They'll still cheer him up in the final by send him the bouquet flower or something like that
erm... not really... a lot of chinese fans were pretty spiteful and voted for him against his wishes. they even made jokes about him about making him work (it was a chinese slang so i'm not sure what it exactly meant) and wanting to see his face longer so they laughed and voted for him

Fans voted for him so he could gather more fame (=more possibilities) since he wants to become a model, so they wanted to drag him to the final, but not vote for him for an actual debut, if fans were as spiteful as this person said, Lelush would have been in boy band now.

He is insanely gorgeous but he doesn't really fit the East Asian beauty standards. For example, he doesn't have large eyes or a small jawline, but he has his own unique beauty that is very appealing.

I found him to be very comedic in the beginning... In a crowd where people did anything possible to come off as ideal, his beauty came with a very genuine and modest aura. The humor faded away completely towards the end, though. He was miserable.

Here is the tale of lelush lmao So basically he was supposed to be a translator on this show, but when the producers saw that he was a good looking guy that could speak Chinese, they begged him to be on the show because they couldn't find any other contestents, they were desperate. Lelush said no at first, but after a lot of nagging, he gave in and said yes because he thought it could be a fun experience, though he never wanted to be an idol. As soon as he saw how hard idol life actually is, he hated it immediately and wanted to go home. He couldn't go home because he signed a contract. So that's how this happened💀
I think one of the reason lelush became famous because is attitude and character is different not the same olf typical idol style character. Since character is differenr he attracts people same as esther yu she was cringy, weird and hecking cute and it was refreshing to see it
