@trix o he did want to become an Idol, he was just there to help some foreign trainees with their Chinese, but the producer thought that he was handsome and asked him to take part in the show
@trix o he basically got pushed to be in the show even though he wasnt there to be in it, honestly it was a low key hostage situation because he didnt want to do it but people kept voting for him
You can tell he wasn't happy being there but I really admire how he created strong friendships anyways. Even though he was lowkey forced to be on the show he didn't want the other guys to feel like he didn't care about them; that's when he let his happier side out.
@trix o well he joined only because producers wanted to fill up the amount needed for the show and he didn't want to be an idol. He just wanna be a model. He thought he will be eliminated fast but in the end he manage to get into finals. That's why he plea to not be voted because he just wanna leavr
@@thekoreaboo5265 I ate lemons constantly as a baby... it actually makes sense to eat it like he did because it looked like he was trying to get all the juice, and that is probably the best way to get all the juice. (Also, I ate lemons like oranges, I think it was like 4-5 a day for a few years.)

@@Tingling10 It's that mentality of "wanting what you don't have". A lot of western people like getting tans and dislike pale skin. Meanwhile, slightly darker skinned people usually want paler skin. In China, there is also that symbolic status where "rich and privileged doesn't have to work on a farm under the sun, so they have paler skin." 😅 this beauty standard dates back thousands of years, so it's ingrained in people

You probably know nothing about the show... he was on the show all the way through not because of any corporate bs but half of all Chinese women LOVED him. His votes were pretty much three times more than anyone else even after the producer showed all kinds of him being reluctant to dance or sing. His fed up poker face and his poorly contained reluctance, together with his cutest shyness were literally the most entertaining thing for four whole months. All the Chinese girls I ever knew voted for him.... numerous times. He knew way too well how famous he was in China and he got paid handsomely for that. Now you tell me anyone hates being rice and famous？He lying bro！

0:57 hi all, just wanna let you know that this guy, Linmo, didn't want Lelush to join the group because the group had a limited number of spaces, and he wanted his friend to join so that his friend could demonstrate his vocal skills, not because he didn't like Lelush / Lelush didn't dance or sing well. However, Lelush joined the group so he didn't have to dance (lol). Eventually Linmo's friend didn't get to join the group, and please don't show hate towards Linmo!!! (Yes I can't find any hate comments over here but a lot of Lelush's fans didn't like Linmo just because of this clip. I just wanna say that Linmo is a nice and funny guy, I'm not a big fan of him but I hate that people judge others without genuinely knowing what happened)

Ive never watched the show but ive read about how he was on this show bc their other guys couldnt make it lol and he desperately tried to be uncooperative in the trainings but also never tried to drag his team down with him, and i think thats why he also rose to the top, he was relatable, and caring of others
@@sushidashi6152 there's plenty of other comments about it. Apparently they duped him into signing a contract and they made him join the show when he was originally supposed to be a translator for some of the contestants.
Saw Ploopy video and apparently he DID sign in for a new experience but then he wanted to leave but could only leave by elimination so he did what he could to be disliked by the public but he also didn't want to let his team down with him

So he was asked last minute to join the show and refused many times. He finally accepted because he thought it might be a fun thing to do but regretted it. He wanted to leave but sungned a binding contract si he was better of staying and not trying rather than leaving and paying heafty fines. So he rarely tried except for group battles and gained a huge fan base as a bad boy that didnt care or whatever. In the end he told fans not to pick him and they respected his wishes and didnt. :D
This is the first I’m hearing of this guy and can I just say I’ve never met a famous person who was so done with their job they don’t even try to hide it lmao. Like I’m really glad that he still tries to not drag his team down but his whole demeanour is just amazing XD This guy’s great lol
When I first started watching the show and LeLush was on there just by his facial expressions and body language I could tell he did not want to be there. But he did his best to not bring the team down.
He is a very handsome russian guy (literally one of the most handsome guys in the show) and is kinda charismatic but u can see the struggle in his eyes...
You can tell when people are comfortable being idols, as compared to people who are just regular men or women. Being an idol is a nearly 24/7 job, of behaving youthful, happy and naive. Newsflash, most people would clock out after one day of doing aegyo.
I've only watched clips just recently of this dude. And I must say, I even like him. His fans showed great restraint in not voting him into the group. He was arguably the best looking one too. If he can act, he should try it. More freedom in that too. Kinda reminds me of Vin Zhang
