I'd cry if someone made these for me. Lemon bars are my all time favorite dessert, and they look very time consuming to make from scratch. These look delectable!

@ChristianJew1 It's in one other video on his channel. Just watch the beginning of this one. See him rubbing sugar & lemon zest in a bowl. Rubbing the zest & sugar with a spoon or your hands brings out all the oils from the lemon zest & infuses it to the sugar before adding to whatever ingredients of any recipe. You'll see & smell that lemon goodness & it really enhances the flavors for a recipe. Hope this helps.

Looks delicious! Gosh I wish you could come to my house and take the lemons off my tree. You could make magic with them. We have so many. I swear our lemon tree is a giant weed. We totally ignore it and the lemons just flow every year. 🍋 💗

Ok I tried this recipe last week . After reducing sugar by 50g it’s still too sweet so I added more lemon juice . I want my lemon bars really tangy so I made adjustments.
I tried watching another "famous" foodie making lemon bars & had to stop watching; they were measuring their flour WRONG. They were scooping & compacting the flour, and seeing that was making me woozy. 😁 I love all of your recipes even though I'm a terrible cook 🤷.
Looks delicious but the amount of sugar used always concerns me in these recipes 🫠🫠 I always see recipes saying 200g of sugar or 250g and that's so much! I usually just put half of that but that much was like 1kg!!!
