In our eyes it’s THE perfect lemon cake! It is soft, moist and has a delicious lemon/vanilla flavor. It is very simple to make and the whole family will love it! I like to offer this cake as we share a cup of tea with our neighbors. My recipe is quick to make (it's the cooking time that takes a little time). Good tasting !
