A cream donut cannot be refused, especially if it is BAKED and NOT FRIED! Since I made baked Donuts with jam for the first time (about 2 years ago) watch the video here 👉 • BOMBOLONI al forno SOF... I haven't left them behind, they are SOFT and DELICIOUS! Today I wanted to replicate them with Lemon Cream, a pleasure, as you will understand from the video!
I made them large with a 10cm pastry cutter but you can make them smaller using a glass!

🌡️ In the OVEN at 175° Static 170° Fanned for about 20 minutes
📝 Dough ingredients
400 g Flour 0
10 g Fresh brewer's yeast
90 g Sugar (you can increase if you prefer sweeter)
130 ml Water (Slightly warm)
1 Egg
1 egg yolk
60 ml Seed Oil (or Olive)
Salt 1 pinch
1 Lemon (peel)
📝For the Cream:
500 ml Milk
90 g Sugar
2 whole eggs
40-50 g 00 flour or corn starch
Lemon peel
2 tablespoons Liaiore Limoncello (optional)
Vanilla extract
