▪ lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
▪ raisins - 100 g
Glaze:
▪ powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
▪ lemon juice - 1 ... 2 tablespoons
WE ARE PREPARING:

0:09 Put soft butter in a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy, light mass.

1:26 Grease a baking dish with butter (my baking dish is 22x9 cm), put the dough in the baking dish, flatten it with a spatula and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 55-60 minutes. Check the readiness of the test with a toothpick - pierce the cake and remove the toothpick. It must be dry.
1:54 Remove the finished cake from the mold and let it cool.
1:58 Make the frosting - Mix the icing sugar and lemon juice to a sour cream consistency. Use a pastry brush to apply the icing to the cooled cake. Garnish the lemon muffin with almond petals if desired. You can also grate some lemon zest.
