there is no single point in which bread becomes toast. as a society we like to have ways to describe things such as the difference between toasted bread and non toasted bread but in truth, toasted is more of a fluid state. similarly to the way we describe summer, winter, spring and fall in the way that theres no single point where you can say the seasons have changed because its really a gradual change that fades into itself
