Lemon Meringue Tart

Ingredients:
200g flour
100g butter
2 egg yolks
Salt
A splash of water
For lemon curd:
6 lemons juice
65g cornstarch
200g sugar
400ml water
6 egg yolks
For meringue:
4 egg whites
225g sugar
2tbsp cornstarch
