Barefoot shoes are my new favorite thing on the market and LEMS does exceptionally well in this market! The Boulder Waterproof boot is an awesome boot for outdoor activities or just a casual wear on date night! The Primal 2 is an amazing workout and active shoe that rivals some of the big name companies. Overall LEMS make awesome shoes worth checking out.

Primal are the most comfortable all around shoe wear I have ever worn. I had achy feet at 53 yrs. thought it was a natural process of aging. Thought to try primal minimalist. After three days of wearing primal for the first time, my feet felt great all over again. Lower back pain literally gone. It’s all I wear. I use to pay new balance wide shoes several times a year for years. Never looked back. Minimalist shoe is all I wear. New balance, Nike, etc...Those clumps of rubber are bad for feet.

I just found out about barefoot/zero drop shoes recently and just bought the waterproof boulder boot. I was also considering the Primal 2, but I wanted the waterproof because of snow, rain, and other things that might get my shoes wet. There weren't many options, but after watching many videos about these, they will hopefully be great, especially since I've never spent that much on a pair of shoes. I spent close to it once, but those shoes fell apart after about 6 months because I was a dishwasher and the shoes were only water resistant (not waterproof). I'm mostly interested in barefoot shoes because my feet have been hurting a lot lately, especially in the arch and a little in the heel. I've heard that these types of shoes can potentially fix some of those problems. I had a pair of waterproof boots before, but they were not comfortable and they were very heavy/stiff (they were steel toe as well). From this video and others, these look like a really good shoe and I'm excited to try them out when they come in a few days.

@H b.34 The shoes are still holding up well after half a year. When I first got them, I couldn't get my foot in the hole, so I took off the laces and they fit fine. They're pretty comfortable to me. I haven't really tried any other shoes like these, so I can't compare them, but I'm happy with them. I like waterproof shoes. I can walk through big puddles or snow and my feet stay dry. They're also somewhat slip resistant, but not as good as actual non-slip shoes. I like walking over bumpy areas because I can feel it more than normal shoes, although I'm pretty sure these aren't as thin as others. They're not the most stylish shoes, but I still like them. I prefer function over looks anyways and most of my previous shoes weren't that pretty either.

I would have never guessed you were in the U.S Marine Corps. You seem so free-spirited and independent I just don't believe it. Do tell and how long did you do that ?

Probably don't learn about "science" from a marketing campaign. They are comfy and I think look good too 👍

I own the vegan mid and full boulder and both are great , next up with be the mesa, the only negative I have for the boulder boots is that they are don't have great grip in the wet and cold, really wish they had a better tread

How are the vegan boots? I was thinking about getting those next.

@@OdieMatthews i prefer the mid's as i'm lazy and the full take more effort to get on! comfort is great but as they are not waterproof maybe better for a spring / autumn boot but saying that i've worn them in quite heavy rain and not had wet feet. i brought the vegan as i prefer the black and style, big fan of the Lems and will be buying the Mesa next. On the pants side i know you are a fan of western rise (me too the diversions are my favorite but by way of a recommendation try the seagale merino sweatpants (i believe they have very reasonable shipping rates to US) they are my favourite work/travel pants of all time. good work on the channel by the way now i'm looking at the airloft-shirt-jacket after your review i saw today

Mabey you can assist me here, what size should I go for, I wear a keen taghee 11, keen pyranees 10.5, etnies skate shoe 11, all my steel toe work boots are 10.5, dc woodlands 11(tight in the toe box)

I’ve been very confused about their sizing and would love a pair of the waterproof Boulder boots. And chance you can measure the length of the insole in yours, preferably in cms? I’m normally a size 10 in sneakers but according to there chart I should be an 11 but am concerned that the sizing may be way to big and aren’t sure if I should be getting an 11 or a 10.5. Thanks a bunch! Great video!

Not sure if I missed that part of the video, but what is the size of the primal 2s? Just for comparison. I own primal 2s size 10 and I'm planing to order waterproof boulder boot size 11. So I'm just curious if they will fit well
