I also started my Alemtuzumab treatment in 2009, I have been on the trial for 11 years and complete the trial this month. Back then, we didn't have a choice what treatment we were going to get, it was either a placebo or the real thing, luckily I got the real thing as this treatment has been amazing. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I just want to thank you for making these videos Izzy. You explain things so well and clearly. I live in the states near baltimore. I currently go to the university of md and get a disease modifying drug for me called ocrevus. Your videos have helped so much and I hope you continue to keep making vids because they really do make a difference. We need more people like you in this world.

I've been thinking of getting the HSCT procedure, my first attack was about 1.5 years ago and I had bad, bad Nystagmus and Strabismus as well as terrible balance which prevented me from driving let alone working.. for now I may get on Ocrevus

Hi Izzy, I think what you are doing is really cool. I am considering doing something similar. I am curious what classifies as aggressive onset? I am assuming it is a mixture of the MRI severity and the symptoms experienced? Have you ever considered posting your MRI scans? I am thinking about posting my scans in a diagnosis video but can't help but think there may be drawbacks to publicly releasing something so private. But obviously the whole subject is private so maybe I am overthinking it - anyway I commend you for being so brave!

I watched your video before I had lem and it was really helpful to know about the rash ect!

I think you did well with Lemtrada because you're so young. Would an older person be able to handle it, say 50 or older?

Thanks for your contribution videos. They're very inspiring. I wouldn't want to have to decide because it basically comes down to how much money they are making off of MS patients. I did speak on Thinking on your behalf, just saying "Happy MS awareness week" on a 60 minutes post I made thinking of you. Your friend, Christine

My hospital has basically had next to no contact with me. I have to wait 6-9 months between appointments. How did you overcome this? Going to London or going private at all?

I only have on appointment per year with my head neuro - think it's just how to works unfortunately!

HI Izzy, thank you for your videos. Just a question, did you test positive for the JC virus? I am thinking of doing Lemtrada, waiting for results from the JC virus test. Even if I am positive I think I will do it. Just wondering about you. Thanks

great! I’m 10 months post my second round and feel such strong symptoms like never before . I can’t do sports anymore cause afterwards I feel terribly weak and since I live in Spain and it’s so hot all the time I’m dizzy as well... I hope I feel well again soon (like before Lemtrada). Anyways, keep up with great work ! You’re amazing ! Besos from Valencià
