It turns on automatically as soon as enters batteries. Remove batteries and re enter again to get it working

It is dedicated dongle programmed by Lenovo, you cannot buy only dongle, which is really bad thing...

Even I have tried the same thing. There is no option I have found to reprogram this device even I have tried for Microsoft 800 as well. They have pre programmed by brand hence we can’t do that with another dongle.

No need to turn it off physical as there is no option to switch it off but it has in-built feature to goes into sleep mode after 2 minutes. So no need to worry of battery draining issue at all.

This comes with the USB dongle so it is compatible with any model. It doesn’t matter.

Yes it feels like Lenovo inbuilt keyboard but make sure to stay away from the dust else keys will mostly gets stuck

Can you try to remove the batteries first from the keyboard and mouse, wait for a minute or two then re-insert batteries then check it again, if required, please replace keyboard batteries then check again.

Actually not. You can turn of mouse button which helps to disconnect the session with the computer and then keyboard goes into the sleep mode. If you use alkaline non leakage batteries, it will long lasts for 2 years even in idle condition and that’s my experience.

When you connect the dongle to the system it automatically detect the keyboard and mouse associated to the USB dongle

That’s fault I believe. Please try to remove and reinsert good batteries. If still issue persists please check the windows updates to see if any update is available for usb devices. Finally contact Lenovo and see if they have any solution else will get replaced within the warranty

Check and replace the batteries. When you insert new batteries, do you see light flashes on the keyboard ?

@@KeysWheelsByDhirajPatel the light flashes just once and goes off, even with brand new batteries. The keyboard is not detected

@@doooommmmmiiiiii make sure you are having the same dongle for keyboard and mouse. Looks like it is swapped? If not then I think this device required repair

Don’t use for heavy gaming. It might be lagged. But it’s reasonable for normal play and office use. You can watch my another video for Logitech mechanical keyboard G413 it’s expensive but amazing also the one video is cosmic byte mechanical keyboard which is cheaper and really good. But make sure if your location capture more dust then it’s not really good to have mechanical keyboard

What kind of a problem? What is the windows version you are using? Please check batteries are connected perfectly and there is on off switch too make sure they are turned ON and dongle connected to the desktop / laptop

@@KeysWheelsByDhirajPatel i did everything possible as mentioned above its not auto pairing, finished lot of RU-vid videos also lenovo support could not work, I purchased from amazon Dubai but I found product is no more warranty too and now I'm have got in my home country cant take it back too T Please advise

When you connect USB DONGLE to the laptop, so you see it’s downloaded drivers and showing installed successfully ? If in that case, please check or roll back the drivers and install it again, you can also call Lenovo support team and ask them for help.

There is no lag at all this is very good device

Yes, it is always take a day or two to adjust with the new keyboards as this is really good keyboard which has exact replication of the Lenovo ThinkPad series laptops internal keyboards. Make sure to keep it protected from the dust as it has silent keys which gets stuck if dust gets inside.

There is a USB dongle with the keyboard and mouse which you need to connect to the laptop or the desktop.

Do you see any light indicator as soon as Insert the batteries? If not then try to clean the battery terminals first on the keyboard first. Also it covered under 1 year warranty if you want to check or replace it.

Yea it is working on all the android devices. I have checked it personally and worked very well.

@@KeysWheelsByDhirajPatel Thanks for your answer! I bought it and tried it with an LG smart TV, dongle gets recognized, mouse works perfectly. Keyboard doesn't type letters. Sometimes it types numbers or some arrow keys work. Did you encounter this problem? Thanks again!

@@kingasnest never. But you can try to check the TV firmware (software) update from the about. Or try to update the pending apps from the play store
