Do you know where the graphics card is located? I have this laptop, but the AMD graphics card cannot be read in the system information. Before that the graphics card could be read. but because my laptop got a black screen and I had to reset the bios. is it because the bios or the graphics card is totally dead?

I have few questions regarding this model. 1.) when i connect bluetooth heaphones or any other bluetooth accessory, it automatically disconnects my wifi. I know it’s interferes but is this severe interference normal? Will a bluetooth/wifi usb adapter solve the problem? 2.) the audio jack was loose n i tried fiddling with it n its now completely dead. How much time n cost’d i need to have it replaced.. 3. I checked the task manager n it says my system is using one out of 4 ram slots. Here i see only two. Cn you confirm how many ram slots r there n whsts the maximum support capacity? 4.) should i upgrade to windows 11 on this system without risks?

I have a different model (110-15isk) and I’ll be replacing the battery, ram and adding a caddy ssd to replace the cd/dvd. I don’t know how to clone the sdd so I figured I just add another instead of replacing the one already in there. I’ll be referencing this vid (even tho it’s not the same model) along with a couple others to guide me thru it.
