Quality is lowered as compared to days when lenskart started operating and products are high quality. Nowadays lenses get scratches within weeks of usage 😢
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the three pairs of spectacles I recently received from Lenskart. Upon inspection, I noticed that the temples of all three pairs appear to be manually bent. This bending has affected the fit and comfort of the spectacles. I am not sure if there is some human intervention in quality check but if there is someone who is playing with the temples of spects with any intention, I think your team should look into it before the customers get pissed off. I believe you should delve deeper into this and find out how come this could happen instead of just offering me a replacement. Thank you!
I placed order for a frame with glasses for their premium range of BLU THIN and I'm optimistic and excited about the product delivery inspite of other disturbing comments 😄. Offcourse I took it on the 70% first purchase offer 🤭🤭wish me luck
Lenskart irritating me from last month first they gave wrong eye powers then after rechecking my eye they exchange my eyeglasses they waisted my three days in this process this time both lens was with different color again I exchange by waisting 3 days now this time they gave wrong power so they again request to exchange but my frame was out of stock so they gave me different frame but this time I test my eyes outside Lenskart today I got my glasses after one month of payment but color of both lens is different 😢
i have been using lenkskart frame and lens for a year now and after i visited a doctor my power have changed i want to change the lens can i it give to lenskart for new lens please if anyone knows the answer please do reply
What problem has lenskart solved! My optician round the corner is way more efficient and caring than your stores. And they have been serving us for decades. Half ur stores are closed in Pune You are just hype n encashment of digital money I will never get the personal touch in ur sparkling store's. I urge every one to show these digital company a lesson. They are growing because of freebies n not by services rendered.
Don't know bout' you but few years back i got my glasses from the local optician. As i need glasses through out every day he said that i will give you best glasses with best frame and best glasses. Frame alone cost me 700 and lens cost me 1600. I invested 2300 on my glasses coz i had to as this is my necessity apart from this he also took 200 extra for eye test came out that my no is -3.00 and -2.50. I gave him the money and after 3 days i picked up my glasses. Just after 3 months my frame cracked when i was cleaning my lenses with the cloth he provided me. I was like okay it must be my fault. Maybe i was cleaning the lens to harshly. So i bought another frame from him. Then just after few days my lens starting to get Scratches and they were just use less. I contacted other optician and he told me that these are just standard lens which cost around 300 - 400. So then last year i bought my new glasses from the lenskart store and i am still using them without any issue and no scratches and with the coupon and vouchers i had, i only had to pay 1700 for the blue thin which is the costliest they have. So maybe no our local optician are not even that good
