I do think that ariel was disrespectful in how he tried to call out jamahal for the dana tweet and put words in his mouth, Ariel took an L there no doubt, and it wasnt a good look. but the initial reasoning where he said "Tell me why you were so emotional"; i dont think he meant any disrespect by that, i took it as he just wanted to give jamahal the moment to talk about his journey and all the emotions related to it and all that, then jamahal took it the wrong way and Ariel kind of lashed out a bit when he copped it from him (probably indeed because of a bit of a 10-8 ego trip)

It's not gonna ever be level, because Usman trains in Denver. He is acclimated to the mile high. Leon would have to move and train somewhere at above sea level for at least 6 months, and it would be 2 years before his body adapted 100% and held the same advantages as Usman

Yes Leon took him down in the first and held him down, yes he knocked him out toes curled , but Leon was so out of his game going into round 5 he couldn’t even make eye contact w his coaches. He was defeated mentally so this all makes for a great fight.

@@walkingolga6235 I know what happened but it’s a lucky kick and combo. 99% of everything MMA fighters throw is “deliberate”, seriously. Some things land, others don’t. But everything they do was practiced. Leon failed to execute that kick for 24 minutes, didn’t land until the last minute. That was a kick that, by sheer happy accident and desperation from Leon, landed. Dude had nothing left, kept on trying the same things until the accident.

NGL before the usman fight I wasn't sold on Leon despite his record bc of numerous things that had happened in the couple years leading up his legendary knock out win.. after masvidal gave him the three piece and a soda and glided out of there I thought the guy was a fool. Then he would talk this big game and fights would get scheduled and cancelled then after a couple of unfortunate cancelled events he fought belal Muhammad and took the win if 'm not mistaken. Due to belals eye after getting poked. And instead of being like ok I accidentally poked him my bad instead he took the victory laps regardless. So it left a bad taste in my mouth but after that usman KO with his corner screaming at him going into the fifth I couldn't help but be a prisoner of the moment. It was sick

Ur completely wrong, the Belal fight was a no contest, Leon was also very apologetic and his post fight interview he was dam near in tears! There were no victory laps! He also has accepted fights against many avoided fighters and due to reasons out of his hands they have collapsed! The guy has literally had the hardest route to a title shot, how could anyone not respect it?
