Everbody thats on stage is all dressed up in suit and tie. Even the Webb sisters all done up. No shabbiness,, all professionals. These guys are not bar players. The all have degrès in music. And when the chemistry is there it is 100 percent perfection !

I couldn't agree more. I saw on a game show, people had to choose one of the top 100 bands/singers that they would like to take if they were stranded on a desert island. I immediately thought of Leonard Cohen and Queen - my picks! But Leonard tops them all, because his music and poetry would keep me engrossed for years as I dissected each one.

For some unknown reason, I had never heard this really really sexy song before. Leonard never hogged the spotlight, but always allowed his very skilled musicians (vocalists and instrumentalists) to shine. Cohen is THE best in my book. I have all his albums and never get tired hearing them over and over. But this piece, ohhh, this piece, is incredible. Everyone on it is at the top of their game, and the feeling that it invokes from the listener can't be denied. This one fairly rips my heart out & makes it hard to even breathe. Genius.

We need artists to emulate Leonard's total commitment to artistry and songs that come from the soul.
