Proud and happy we were there. The night was magic. And Leonard singing Suzanne while the sun was setting on St Marco's square. This rare feeling of being at the right place at the right time.
Only just seen this now, and we were there too. But only by accident! We arrived the day before - and saw a poster - couldn't believe we could get 4 tickets so late - but we did. Our children were 13 and 15, but we played a lot of Leonard Cohen in the car - and yes, it was magical. So happy we all got to see him before he died.
Magical. It rained so hard just before the performance. I worried that it might not happen. being in st. Mark's Square Venice with Leonard Cohen playing. Yes won't ever get better than this. Guess I can die happy.
