Its about growing up and looking back from our younger lives and how we all then turn out as different people when we grow, different careers and differebt titles that we get once we grow. Then the second part is about his dedication to his children and hia wish to see them grow and see how they turn out to be- muchazovei vanangu?-what will you turn out to be? As other peoples's children are making their parents proud.
Deno manditendera kuvayarutsa mambo kuti ndigoona kuti vachazovei tokumbirawo nyasha kubva kwamuri❤🙏zoraaaaaaaa I hope I'm ñt the only 1 who is mad with Zorah going crazy

Leonard Zhakata has always one of the most outstanding and consistent musicians of his era. Long live KLZ hopefully God will continue blessing you and your work.
Pakuzvarwa takabvumbatiswa zvakasiyana. (We were given different talents at birth) Ko zvinaaniko, ko taizivei?(Little did we know)🤷🏽♀️ Nemisha inosiyana, mirayiro yosiyana.( The households are different, the guidance is also different) Taiyaruka ngana kwake (We grew up differently, each to their own household).... The song hits really hard Can we stop comparing ourselves please, each one of us is unique!!!

I still to this day listen to zhakata’s songs….my parents ALWAYS PLAYED his songs on road trips and it’s only as I got older that I appreciated the meaning of his music. This is one of Zimbabwe’s greatest musicians, and guess what, I also now play him on my road trips 🎉
