This guy plays way cleaner and more precise than Victor. I'm a long time fan of Wooten, and have seen him live, but this guy is kick ass.

Malaman is good better Victor is the beast. don't Judge a musician by only how fast he can play. this is not a car race. this is music!

You have to consider the fact that Victor has several different styles that require him to have to use more treble and different tones than Malaman. Victor also has a sense of rhythm that is uncanny. Don't get me wrong, I love Malaman, he is a beast, but please don't judge him being better by how many notes he plays.

Hhhmmm...i thought so the first time i was trying to make a comparison. But I soon discovered I only had to listen better...(I soon discovered that the armonic solutions of wooten were always way ahead)

Federico is my new favorite bass player by a long shot. I even go back to old Wooten videos now that I thought were amazing, but now nothing comparesto Federico. Sorry Victor, you're still 400x better than me haha

+Dewayne Anderson I personally prefer Federico over Victor right now. So clean, so musical and so fast. Vic kicks ass in the hardcore slapping compartment though. But Fede can actually slap really good too.

Is it my ears, or is the Cajun rushing in parts. Maybe too MANY fills, and some of the fills are not even. Nice overall though, but to me the groove didn't sit comfortably. Though as I say, it's probably just my ears.

Love this drummer, heard it when he played with André Nieri, but man...the cajon is to the drums what the ukulélé is to the guitar, a kind of crippled toy. I understand logistic problems and budget, but wouldn't it be better with just kick+snare+hi-hats? + they are at Namm, there's probably lots of drums around...! Don't get me wrong love this guys , the cajon just doesn't make music justice. Keep up the good work guys!
