Non-Constituency Minister Leong Mun Wai pressed Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Law Rahayu Mahzam in Parliament on March 1 on the total rental income and total maintenance cost attributable to heritage bungalows.
During her speech, Ms Rahayu said the total revenue collected by the Singapore Land Authority from state properties significantly exceeds the total maintenance cost incurred.

The irony is that the PAP didn't even come out with much new alternative policies in its manifesto, while the WP did. With all the resources at its disposal, shouldn't we be asking the PAP why it didn't even bother to create new policies that address Singaporeans' concerns about minimum wage, healthcare, education, housing and retirement?

@martinmisty866 On August 3, Raeesah made an allegation against the police force during a parliamentary debate on empowering women. WP Central Committee said that they know about the lies the week after her speech.

@martinmisty866 Law and Home Affairs Minister K. Shanmugan also called Mr. Leong out on the same matter for acting in a "really unparliamentary and not acceptable" manner in putting out a Facebook post that contained improper and untrue statements following a parliamentary debate on the case.

PAP Wouldn't even implement a minimum wage, and wouldn't even be willing to peg HDB flat prices to wages, wouldn't even be willing to allow more Singaporeans to go to universities, and wouldn't allow Singaporeans to access their CPF and Medisave - all these are policy proposals Would have made in its manifesto.

@martinmisty866 In one instance in March 2023, Mr. Leong withdrew an allegation over a bribery case linked to Keppel Offshore & Marine, and also apologised to then Speaker of Parliament Tan Chuan-Jin.

Just wondering can the 2 ministers live with ease of mind and happily in that 2 black and white bungalows which is a big subject to media ? For many am sure they rather move out to other place ..maybe buy a landed cheaper property.
