The way he caught that clean is the most impressive thing. He didn't really bounce out of it, he just waits for his body to stabilize and then just overpowers the weight.

Wow what a beast he made it look so easy I love the way he drops it almost doing a split in the process looks more impressive than his 266kg WR he did a year later
