Bravo Juan Diego Florez and Patrizia ciofi and the whole cast including Chor and Orchester, dramatic Music, very interesting to See this Opera life. Better than wagner's Operas at all. Thank you for uploading Olysea 🎵🎵🎵 this Opera is to sing in french Language, Great compliment at all
Dear Olesya, thank you very much for making available this amazing performance. And also thanks for Il Templario and all other operas and concerts with great JDF.
Thank you very much for uploading this recording. Florez was indeed in very good shape and the role, at this time of his career, suited him very well. Golovneva was a very good Valentine too, a role almost as diffucult as Raoul. But Ciofi, O my God! It was a mistake of the Deutsche Oper and from this artist who is (was?) a interesting one. But here, not at all. Poor little soprano lost there.
I agree with your opinion, Flórez was in a very good shape and He is able to sing this Role, but Not all collegues of him Are able to Do the Same with high Register and the whole Opera with 4 h, amazing and unique Florez🎵🎵🎵

Meyerbeer a great composer but difficult for singers . IT îs a beautifull performance . Somebody says Florez can sing only Rossini . Who hides behid two letters F.F. ? Maybe another tenor ?
