I'm a 59 year old woman who has survived cancer, molestation, rape and many hardships. I heard a lot of people speak but never heard a story so close to mine. When I heard les Brown I was blown away by the label put on him as a youth. I always thought I was stupid and heard it almost everyday of my life. After surviving cancer I asked God to make me whole mentally and open new doors. He led me to hear this man. I'm in a communication class and we had to choose a speech I chose this one. I'm not going to be old and tired. I'm ready to live and be different and thrive! Thank God for les brown. He ranks with TD Jakes my favorite of all time.!!!

Work on yourself, read books, listen to tapes/CD’s, listen with belief over and over. Invest this energy within yourself - take time to go to classes, lectures, and work toward self-mastery! You will see changes in your life..guaranteed if you do these things!

After watching these videos and being motivated, I have landed a new career! I am so grateful.

The closest people to you in your life will tell you the most goal and dream crushing things I think its hilarious. They just want you to wake up everyday hating yourself and not chasing your passion and your purpose just so they can say... see I told you that your idea was crazy and wouldn't work, I knew you wouldn't make money doing that I told you that you would quit. Yeah that's because your broke and poor and you want me to be broke and poor too! Nope not when I'm this fired up I will never quit EVER.

(8/16/2021) I have never heard of Les Brown until yesterday as I was looking for a morning motivation to listen to. I am 56 years old, survived breast cancer at a young age and a single mother of a very young daughter at the time. I also have 2 different pre-existing conditions that has come up in the last 7 years. It's been a tough road for me health wise, but am thankful and grateful to God I am still here. I am also very guarded and hard to get to know. I need to break myself from this to change the narrative of my life, to be more confident, self-assured, and more open. I listened to two of Les Brown's morning motivations yesterday which lead me to continue listening to him everyday. He is the push I need, along with my therapy sessions.

I think I've played this over 100 times. I'll never get tired. Thank you Les Brown ♥️🙏✨
