ahhh sports fans. I found the gear I needed today to get through but an unlucky crash and that was all she wrote. frustrating and hard to swallow but hey, taking the positives and moving forward we got a good block to get some training and bike time under the belt ready for the next few!! xo

The Flow is working isn’t it! The Process is there. The pace is there. You’re finishing healing and regaining race fitness (those arms and legs aren’t used to your new ‘Flow Pace’, so even that’s showing you’re improvement is step-wise 🎉
