it was an idea from the chap who sang the Javert part (Clark Stewart) and was completely for fun - bringing together good friends who love singing and musical theatre. Really appreciate your comments
As a 23 year old guy serving in the British Army, I so wish i had talent like any of those singing. Les Miserables is easily my favorite musical & you certainly done it justice! Thank you for a fantastic video.
This sung live - we were fortunate to have a number of very talented individuals in the group as soloists - Some of us are professional but some just very talented amateur performers!
Well done. That's wonderful. Sometimes when I was touring and competing with our chamber choir around Europe we would just burst into song such as anywhere with a good echo - sometimes even just an under ground car park - it's amazing. I hope people all teach their children to sing. Sing toddlers to sleep. Sing in the car with older children. Sing carols at Christmas. Persaude children to join the choir at school or church. Keep the UK singing.
This song has widespread popularity by now. It is sung in multiple situations. It has got to be the most performed song from the musicals. I now have the urge to learn and sing it.
Every voice is that of the vocalist and unenhanced by post production. We were very fortunate to have access to some of the talent around. Some of us sing professionally and some on an amateur basis ... We all share a deep love of music and theatre. Belive me when I say that I have seen each and every one of these talents people on a stage and their vocal performances are flawless every time. Rehearsal and the right people are the keys here.
"One Day More" has, quite rightly, become a firm favourite of flash mobs. And this version was as rousing as any I've heard.Kinda makes me want to head to my local shopping centre. But then I remember where I live, lol.Bedford isn't exactly known for its spontaneity.
If I were at the mall and this were happening in front of me, I'd join the refrain at the end. Think you'll deceive me as an undercover singer? Two can play at that game!
