We recently went to Pulau Tekong to visit an aqua farm which supplies fish directly to Shi Tang by Mahota Kitchen at Tampines Century Square! Dining at Shi Tang can be said to be true farm-to-table experience, since the entire value chain is owned by the same company. It usually only takes 1 day or two from the time the fish is harvested to the time it appears on the table, so that means your fish is super fresh and because there is no middle man, it is also cheaper! As we Teochews like to, you "pee", you "chngee"! (ie cheap and fresh)
