Some of them have it stamped on the bottom (I think), but most do not have a stamp. Instead, there is usually a pen hand written letter or few to give an understanding of the what it is. For example, our Thunderbirds have "Th" written on the bottom middle. Dominator (that we got in the other video we posted... $8/disc...) says "Dom" I think. If you're buying them new from the factory store, obviously you know what you ordered and can figure it out. I can see that if you were acquiring it elsewhere or used, could be more difficult.

Flights on the factory seconds, I've been plenty happy. I've said this in comments before, but it feels like every disc is mildly a crap shoot on how it flies vs the flight numbers and your specific style. At least for me. Overall I feel like the factory seconds fly about as I expect and don't see huge difference between how I expect them to fly and how they end up for me. I throw a disc a while and then determine where it fits in my bag/what type of shots it makes sense for.

Watched your video, nice job. Unfortunately we still haven't had the chance to go throw these. Hoping to get out soon, maybe we'll work a video out of it also. In general I feel like many of the discs I've thrown with similar flight numbers obviously don't throw quite the same. So, to some degree, I feel like you just need to acquire some discs with approx the numbers you're looking for, then field test for a while to understand how each flies and how it might fit into your bag. Over time they change too... So, so far for me it has sort of been a crap shoot. Long distance drivers being the most touchy, of course.

Nice. Looking up your Destroyer... Looks like a rare one... I'd be nervous to lose it also! I have an Champion Destroyer that is also a factory second. If I put too much power forehand it does turn over too much. Just need to be careful with it. We're still learning... Thanks for the info and take care!

Nailed it. A Raptor Eye Rive is on my wish list for sure!! The Rive has about exactly the same flight numbers as the Innova Boss, hence why I bought 3 Boss's 😁 13-5-0-3 We'll see how they fly.

@@Grannyknockers I've never had a rive. But the z nuke flew nice. I just don't like 13 speeds. I can throw my shryke with 3 fingers underneath. I also have a flat to slight hyzer power 4 hand 400ft. I like my big z machete on Annie. Gstar p Mac b 2x KRAIT on hyzer.

Best FH destroyer are flatter/mellow dome, star plastic max weight. For backhand I like 165-168g star plastic and domey as possible. Hard to find lighter weight without "blizzard" rim so that's why I pick them up when I find them!

I had a Glow Shryke that was a factory second. It was perfect for my forehand, threw it farther than any other disc I had, and wouldn't flip over and turn & burn. Unfortunately I threw it too high in the wind and it disappeared off the course never to be seen again.

The total was $39 and change with shipping, but I did use a $7 off coupon I had, so the total would have ended up around $46 ($3.8/disc).
