Lesson 11: God in Zion!
Intro from the lesson quarterly: The Psalms are prayers and hymns of the Bible par excellence. Uttered in praise, joy, sorrow, and despair; spoken or sung in private and in the public by laypeople, kings, poets, and priests; coming from both the righteous and repentant sinners, the Psalms have served as the prayer book and the hymnbook to generations of believers. The book of Psalms owes its distinct role to the fact that while most of the Bible speaks to us, the Psalms speak for us and with us. The Psalms are a source of blessing, hope, and revival, a guide for both self-reflection and reflection on God’s greatness, liberating when one cries out of the depths, and captivating for a renewed surrender to God. It is thus not surprising that many people find the Psalms resonating with their emotions and experiences and adopt them as their own prayers. 🌏

To KNOW Him, Jesus, is to LOVE Him. The message of the earthly Sanctuary, as of the Heavenly Sanctuary is God's immeasurable love and grace for each one of us in setting things right so that the family on Earth can be united with the family in Heaven. EVERY PROVISION has been made and is NOW BEING carried FORWARD toward THIS goal. But God will NOT drag any kicking and screaming into Heaven. We must willingly and joyously cooperate with God in perfecting Holiness unto Him. THIS is the FITNESS NEEDED to enter that pure and holy city without which NO one will see God. Christ's holy and perfect character must be ours. We must be Holy in our sphere as He is in His. All He bids us do, He enables us to do through the aid of the Holy Spirit, even the Holy Heavenly Trio. Praise God, Hallelujah! Amen.

The Sanctuary message in the book of Psalms! Or indeed songs of, from, and about the Sanctuary on Earth, a copy of the Heavenly Sanctuary where God lives and from where He carries out His great and most importand work for the redemption of humankind--You and me. A beautiful teaching session. Thank you Brethren for the much needed focus on this most important and timely Sanctuary study. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
