Thanks, Dee Doyle. It's interesting that you covered the 3 top animation studios, which all unintentionally affected each other... using the canvas of mostly hand drawn or traditional animation.... You can take a deep breath, and look at this from the early 1980's through the early 2000's..: Don Bluth's studio.... The Disney studio.... And Jeffrey Katzenberg's studio better known as DreamWorks Animation. There were other traditional animation studios in the mix. However, these three made, arguably, the biggest impact at this time.

Same age Never found any of the stereotypes you mentioned If anything the “unlikely hero” is an overused trope Gender, stature, wealth, status ... all these things were sheer fodder in the 90’s.
