Yes! Subconsciously though. As some people will argue “I know what I deserve” but when your actions and inner thoughts are not aligning to that very belief system, it goes to show some part of your subconscious mind does not hold that belief entirely. It takes practice!

This came at the right time and made me realize that I am making the right choice by investing in an online subscription for belly dancing lessons! and I'm realizing that working out and being healthy is going to look different for me and there's no point in chasing after people who don't appreciate me and what works for me. I am also into law of attraction, but my belief is more that it puts me in a good mental space so that I can remove the resistance I have to taking more mundane steps forward (if that makes sense)....I love that you always give great, empowering advice without lecturing or telling people what to do. :) Thanks for another great video!

You will absolutely get there! And, the best part of this is that you do NOT have to be 100% perfect with “self acceptance” either. You will have your days, and that is OK. Being OK with the fact that there are days that you don’t necessarily accept and love everything about yourself in and of itself is a form of self acceptance 💞

Hey my major was with cosmetics - when it comes to style I would suggest looking at if you have more soft/round features or more sharp/angular features. (For personalization ask what products you even like using or where you want to draw the most attention- some ppl like drawing attention to the eyes while others prefer lips). For product selection it’s good to know things like your undertone, skin type (like if you have oily skin, dry skin, normal- this will help you know what formulation is best for you)
