Elicia please if you’re going to do anything next get a table/entertainment center for the tv!!! The way it hangs off that table onto the ottoman is kinda crazy. I’m focusing on health and wellness. I usually always do but I’m taking it extremely serious this fall/winter and for the new year. I’m also going to be starting my channel and vlogging my progress. I finally got my vlogging camera last month and I’m so excited to start vlogging. I love your videos girly.
There are so many things on that list you mentioned that I want to focus on, but my priority, I decided will be health. I’d like to get back in the gym and lose some of the weight I’ve been putting on, I’m at my heaviest right now. I’m gonna go right now and try to lift weights for the first time!

You need to do more voice overs girl, I like your content but I can’t put it in the background when working bc it’s more visuals and music playing in the background, so I lose interest 😭 pls I feel like it will also help u a lot bc I’m sure I’m not the only one

First time im this early , i would like to say thst for someone like me with autism / ahdh. Your videos are perfect to put on while i do my chores or stuff. I actually am very picky w my background videos because some ppl talk to loud or the editing is too fast or its just alot of music and then idk what theyre doing cuz im doing my stuff and not looking at my phone. So i wanted to say thankyou! For helping me by being one of my body doubles ( its like when someone is prosuctive and then you want to do productive stuff too) 💓💓

perfect timing for this video! I was so good this spring-summer, waking up at 5:30am and working out. But throughout July to now I've felt super exhausted and fell out of routine, so have been planning to get back into it, and so that's what I am doing now <33
usually don't comment but wanted to say that i have depression and anxiety and just came out of a 2/3 week episode of feeling rlly low. the part where you said that we tend to push ourselves too much once we start getting back into routines is something i heavily relate to! i appreciate your authenticity so much and your channel rlly helps to remind me to be kind to myself and listen to what my body needs rather than what my head is forcing myself to do. thank you 🤍
