In this video I am sharing the lessons that I learned in 2022 + the goals and dreams that I have for 2023! I really feel optimistic about this new year. You can of course chose to reset and restart at any day and time of the year but there is something clarifying about the start of a new year. I hope this video gets you inspired. As I said in the video, please remember to be gentle with yourself when setting these goals. If you only have the energy to set ONE goal, I hope it is to strive to take care of yourself so you can begin healing.

Wow, I really resonate with your first lesson! Went through a breakup a few months ago, and through all of the sad moments I just felt to close to God. All of the hard moments were worth it for that!

This has resonated with me so much. Thank you, Lauren. You are such an inspiration. I’ve been so heartbroken, felt so lonely and belittled through my breakup with my ex fiancé . Yet, you being so vulnerable and confident with your story and how you’ve triumphed through your journey has been so motivating. It shows me that there is light at the end of the tunnel, thank God! love all your goals!! even as a married lady, I tend to rely on my husband for some things. I do pretty well taking myself on dates and doing things alone. but things like driving long distances alone... 👀 make me anxious heheh (can't wait to see you sooooon!)
