One of my biggest regrets was spending so much time in the pub in my 20s. I was only a weekend drinker but it made me very down in the dumps. I wish id stay at home more and played my xbox.

A great mistake I had was not keeping up with the friends that did matter. It now feels like I'm intruding into their lives when I'm trying to rekindle a relationship while they have moved on. I really feel for the generation of today. Its harder on you than my early years. You have your head on your shoulders you will be o k, praying helps, looking after yourself. Go with your hobbies it helps. Family is important. Do what you want to do. Love yourself.

I’m 24 and I absolutely agree with meeting new friends and leaving places where you don’t belong. You won’t be young forever so don’t waste too much time on people who will stunt your growth and true potentials.
One of my life lessons is to never rely on other people to make you happy. Not even your family or friends. As for self care, I'm treating myself to a fry up breakfast tomorrow at my favourite cafe after an appointment. That is self care for me in a mental health sense but maybe not for my arteries 😂 In my opinion mental health is much more important than physical.

You’re tonsils could be down to Acid Reflux, it can cause sore throat and breathing and sinus issues aswell, I had mine removed because of it because despite a healthy diet nothing would shift it.
Don't worry about age too much. You're always the oldest you've ever been. I weirdly felt really old at 27 and feel really young now at 34. I just slowly in my early 30s stopped clock watching. Get out of your area maybe. The clockwatching and age obsession is very specific to sub urban areas I moved down under for a bit to a big city and that stuff sort of dissapears.

My advice to you would be, get to the gym 3-4 times a week and really put in the effort. If you smoke weed, get off it. All it does is keeps your mood low. Do things you enjoy, and don’t see them as a waste of time. If you enjoy what you’re doing it can’t be a waste of time. Find your life partner. I know it’s easier said than done, but make it happen. I am the happiest person I know. I’m not wealthy, but I’m reasonably fit and healthy for the age of 44. I’ve been with my wife for 25 years, we have 2 sons, one aged 23 and one 14. I met my wife by pure chance. No dating apps, nothing. I just walked up to her in a pub and we started talking, exchanged numbers and it went from there. I didn’t intend to settle down, I was enjoying partying. But it just happened. Like I said, we don’t live a lavish lifestyle but we make each other happy. No social media is also vital. Your audio is on the low side, anything you can do? Life is always about learning various lessons, every day we are able to learn something new. I believe we have 3 healths, physical health, mental health and spiritual health, they ALL need looking after, and they all help each other out. Everyone is different and will all have different priorities, for me, my family are not there, my friends mean so MUCH more.
