Yeah. 👀 Louis kicks the hell out of him after finding him with Antoinette, he's turned on. Louis insults him and pushes him hard against the wall right after he becomes a vampire, Lestat is turned on. Lol. How much I love him. He's a t0xic and sh4meless s1ut. 😅
By the time I was in 8th grade, someone made a parody of Sexyback about conjugating verbs in Spanish. As a result, I thought of that during this video. I think it even made me mishear "voila" a Spanish word, perhaps "volar" (to fly). Help.
this is perfecttttt “i don’t bite” *attacks a man like an aggressive cat* absolutely in love with how you captured not only lestat's sass and general attitude towards his surroundings, but also the physicality of the character: his movements, his mannerisms, his walk and his subtle facial expressions! or the not-very-subtle ones, like the face he made when louis threw him across the room. priceless
Lestat is intoxicating that's part of his charisma but at the same time dangerous it's like a roller coaster ride when you think it's going smooth you have your Peaks and and dips.
whoo boy he really did bring it back didn't he. I haven't felt that kind of charisma and sex appeal from a character in.....just years really! And you captured it all in 2 minutes. ah thank you. I mean, come on Louis, just let goooooo, be evil with Lestat. D:
As Lord Byron was once described mad, bad and dangerous to know. You captured it perfectly and I’ve just watched the series the acting was absolutely incredible.
Funny, I always felt Lestat and Lord Byron were quite similar. Both were the embodiment of bi chaos and John Polidori's vampire, Lord Ruthven, was a parody of Byron, apparently.
I don't comment often on videos but I need you to know that I am obsessed with this edit in a profound way. The day i discovered it I watched it like 5 times. I am literally in awe at this I love the way you cut the different scenes together, it feels like you keep showing different facets of his personality one after the other. It feels like you managed to take Lestat's essence and put it into a video. I am so in awe of this like I'm dead serious this is a master piece. I want to show this to everyone I know. Would you mind if i shared this on tumblr? I'd obviously credit you and everything I just really want more people to see this. Totally understand it if you don't want me to though. Edit bc i forgot: can i ask if the specific remix you used is somewhere on youtube?
Hi! Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm flattered :) The song is written at the end of the video And yes, you can share the link on tumblr, as long as you don't download and repost the video. 👍
I'm a big fan of the original IWTV and believe that the cast of the movie did a phenomenal job of bringing Anne Rice's novel to life. I was sceptical when I heard a series was coming. However, I now can't wait to really sit down and watch it after seeing your edit. From what I've seen, Sam has done an amazing job of bringing Lestat's charm, aura, sex appeal, and danger to life. Completely how you envisage Lestat when you read the books! Fabulous edit. I've watched it so many times since I discovered it! BTW is it just me, or does Sam with long hair actually resemble Brad Pitt slightly?
First I was SO skeptical about the whole new series. I am a BIG, BIG original Interview with the Vampire movie-fan, with Tom Cruise as Lestat, he IS my Lestat. But Sam blew my socks off so to say. I was giggling like a stupid young girl when he spoke french, ah.
I haven’t been able to bring myself to watch the series because I feel like they totally ruined Louis’ character. I made it halfway through the first episode and turned it off because he was nothing like in the books. I can’t stand it when they completely change characters like that, and I’m not just talking about his race either but his entire background and personality. It’s like they created a whole new character and gave him Louis’ name. With all of that being said, maybe I need to give it another chance. Then again, I still can’t watch Queen of the Damned without nitpicking the entire movie because of the differences from the book. 😂
@@rolltider17i think its much better to watch as a reinvention of the books rather than a direct adaptation, cause like objectively the show is amazing
This is amazing 🤯🙌🏻 I'm not a fan of his cos he's like really A LOT haha, and I feel like Lestat in the show is even crazier than from the book and the movie, but I still love how he was portrayed in the show - he's messy and crazy but there's still depth to the character and he actor brought him to life 100% 👏🏻 Your video did him justice and the editing and colouring are *chef's kiss* 😘🧡
" why do you do this" " well I like to do it I enjoy it" hahaha. Sam Reid wore Lestat like a glove 👏👏👏 ... I'd eat him like my last meal yum delicious 🤤😅
The editing on this is phenomenal. I love how the music gets muffled after he breaks the gramophone and then goes back to full volume when he breaks a door down.
I bet the lady dressed in blue loved the thrill of LESTAT chasing and flirting with her , i WOULD ! ACTUALLY I WOULD PAY SAM TO REANACT THAT SCENE WITH ME AT MY HOME AND AND A FEW OTHER SCENES IN THE FILM 😘
This show looks amazing ! 😍 Does anyone know where I can watch it (apart from AMC). I'm broke so can't subscribe to a new streaming service but I want to watch it so bad 😅
In the true words of lestat "Call me a dog if you must, but I am an honest dog!" I love that its not any act, he hides nothing. He is who is and he makes no apologies for it.❤❤❤❤
