I was lead to this old video today to hear this message. Wonderful project, great work and excellent message. I needed to hear that today, thank you Sam
Another great video and another great message. I fully agree with your doctrinal belief and your understanding of scripture. GOD bless and use you brother.
I just got home from a trip to Manchester Tennessee a few hours ago. I want you to know I think Tennessee is a beautiful state, and the people were friendly. I noticed the license plates say in god we trust. God bless Tennessee
Excellent work on this video...both behind the wheel and with the message. I will be building our home soon and am starting with raw land...mostly pasture but will be preparing the site, crawlspace foundation, driveway...the whole 9 yards. Wish you were close by! I'd love to sit and talk about Jesus and excavating. Love you brother for all you do.
That was very nice of you to allow the homeowner to help you and to run your equipment he sure isn't afraid to work you guy's work great together looks like you found a good helper
Good work brother Gods word is good Jesus has been working on me since I Was born again he helps us with our sin he has worked on me for years on the sin in my life I’m a work in progress and will be until the day I leave this earth I struggle every day God will make a way of escape amen my brother
Great message Sam. I too struggle with sin but I ask for forgiveness and God helps me out of that rut. Love the grading videos and the messages. Keep on keeping on.
Sam, That was an awesome message. It seems that the closer I get on my walk with the Lord, the devil works even harder to tempt and lie to me. It is when I sin, I immediately feel that conviction and guilt. I know I am saved, but like everyone else I struggle with sin. Satan is the master deceiver, is constantly trying to make us fail. Thanks be to God for giving his Son to die on the cross to forgive us of our sins. Thank You for sharing that message. And by the way, that was a very nice job.
That pad turned out really nice was you had it finished... Mike seems like a good helper, specially if he would some more practice. Thanks for sharing the message, I found it very encouraging
Sam remember to ask the subscribers to Share your videos and all the other guys like you do by wearing Aron’s shirt keep up the great videos.great word today
@@arnoldromppai5395 Yup things are definitely done differently around the world. We have almost no frozen ground for more than a day or two. Thanks for watching, Sam
You’re gonna need a 953 to move dirt for all these big pads you’re building lately Sam. Love the videos, looks like you’re keeping plenty busy even this time of year. I’m glad for it, gives me something to do now during my slow season with my landscaping and hardscaping slowing down some. Sod jobs are very refreshing to see when it’s all finished up and looking good. Some of my fave things to do.
A big ole track loader would come in handy sometimes for sure. Glad you are enjoying the videos and I appreciate you supporting the channel. I’m thinking I will try a few sod jobs to see how it goes. God Bless and have a great New Year!
Enjoyed the message Sam! I bet it was nice having some help. I think he liked the skid steer. There wasn't much topsoil to move which was a good thing. Be Safe Out There and Have a Blessed and Happy New Year.
Hey Sammy, Awesome Job Y'ALL and Awesome Message 👌 I have heard people say that they need to change their life before they can ask God into their lives. Simply not true that is why Jesus gave up his life on the Cross he has already paid for our sins we just have to believe and ask him into our live. Thanks for sharing 👍
Looks great Sam and Michael, good job guys! Thanks for sharing Sam, Kirk from Louisiana sending prayers and positive energy to you, Michael and your families! 🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Really like the interaction you have with client! And smooth operator he is no skid steer donut’s. And thank you for the message, Jesus is the only way to heaven, meanwhile trail, tribulations and sin show up in out path, he has provides a way to scape if we repent today… Today is the day of salvation 2 Cor.6:2
Sam i just found your channel and am very impressed. That pad looked great! Im very interested in more information on that grade control system you have. I have a 2020 304 and would love to get that on it since i mostly work alone. Thank you and great video and channel
Hey Dan, I appreciate that and welcome to the channel. The Trimble Earthworks system is a great investment. It is a little pricey but for what it does it’s worth it. Below is a video I did when we used it on the dozer for the first time and the sales/tech guy is on the video talking about it. Also his contact info is in the video… Thanks again, Sam ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WzqZnXDkZwg.htmlsi=v0im3bCfnU8bw_u-
I think its wonderful that you have the ability to and wherewithall to stand up for your faith. and was wondering you channels name is tristar is that a reference to Tennessee?
Hey Anthony, I really appreciate that and thankful to have the platform to share the message. Tristar does make reference to Tennessee. I am in SE Tennessee… God Bless, Sam
I am reminded of how the father saw his son from far off and how many days did that father stand on the porch looking for his son longing to have relationship with his son and so the Lord desires that relationship with us all the things the son done while he was gone meant nothing when he came home for he said that the servants at his fathers house had it better than him oh my how much god loved us and wants to be in a relationship with us …….. now that can preach. Isn’t this what the scholars say is the GRACE period
Hey Jason that was well said and will definitely preach! 😀 We are in what is called the dispensation of Grace! Basically meaning we are in the time period where God is offering us salvation by Grace through faith in Christ… Thanks and God Bless
@@tristardiggin I’ve spent a good part of my adult life in church and some of the places I went would cut you if you made a mistake or a sin now I know god is the only one who can see what’s in mankind’s heart weather a person is serious about living for the lord or if one is playing ect but one can’t live life trying to go mistake free as some would say well it like some have a view of god on a Thorne with a stick to beat you turn away from you because one fails and it ain’t like that at all
Right Jason it isn’t like that at all! And those same folks that claim they are without sin have some closet they dare not have opened up. A Christian isn’t know by the perfection of his walk but by the direction of the walk… God Bless
It looks really good but I think I would have used modified or crusher run on the driveway so it would get tight. And your message is something everyone needs to hear. Being a christian does not mean we are perfect. Thank God we have a merciful God and that Jesus died for our sins that none would be lost if we believe in him
I remember when you were out on Andrew Caramata’s mountain operation and Trackloader spread the gravel helping him out! Yall got a lot accomplished then!
Thanks Jim. It is a 2D system. You can use it with a rotary laser or use touch point when you move. It doesn’t use GPS. The dozer system also uses the rotary laser and is a 2D unit as well. They both work very well.
Great video and great message. What Bible do you use? My wife has a dozen or more bibles but the o my one I have is on my phone. I’ve been wanting to buy one and read the book and be away from my phone (which can be a distraction). Keep up the good work! You’re killin it out there. I like seeing you take questions on here and come back with some real answers too.
Thanks!😀 I use the John MacArthur Study Bible. Highly recommend it, very good commentary notes to help understand it. I enjoy reading and responding to the comments for sure…
@@tristardiggin awesome! Thanks man. Broke my tristar mug the other day. I rinsed it with hot water and when I shook the water out I shook too hard. Handle came off and I accidentally threw it across the sink lol. May have to do a JB weld video lol.
Hey Jared, Thanks for watching and glad you are enjoying the message. The main consideration for pad elevation is drainage. You want to get the pad high enough to keep water from getting on it. You can’t always do that so you have to slope the area around the pad and use swells and French drains in those situations. Another factor would be availability and quality of dirt to build the pad. On basement digs the elevation is generally determined by the builder and home owner. It is based on how much they want of the basement higher than the ground around it. Basically each location is different based on the ground you have to work with. Hope that helps. God Bless, Sam
Hey Sam, I am up in Cookeville and would like some information on where you purchased the retaining wall blocks for the house with the basement a couple videos ago. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Thanks! I have the trailer in several videos but the video in the link below gives a good overview of it… ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lsz5Ves030A.htmlsi=mj-NRuNwmJBKh3up
I generally just price jobs by the day and estimate about how many days it will take. Occasionally on small jobs I will price the whole job but not too often. There is one video where I talk about this some. Link below… Thanks, Sam ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uTrUsUtdhDg.htmlsi=fc-eUca70WcU2j3b
I hope you had a nice Christmas I will be taking you up on that offer about being lost in religion after the holidays I drove truck for years then I went to the coal mines were I was hurt and disabled
Thanks Jeremy, Yes as long as it is done in smaller lifts you can get sufficient compaction. However, on a larger pad where I would but adding fill I would definitely use the roller I have.
@@tristardiggin when adding fill does a smooth roller work efficent enough for a 40x60 building pad or should fill only be done with sheeps foot and then use a smooth on the gravel?
@@JeremyDietch-n7k a smooth drum will do it but I generally I like a sheeps foot because the compaction is really good and the holes in the surface gives the next lift something to bind with. The smooth drum works great on the rock though. I have used the pad foot to pack the rock too. Then I would take the skid steer and lightly smooth out the top filling the holes and then track the top layer in. Really the main thing is getting it compacted well and there are a lot of ways to accomplish that.
@@tristardiggin I’ve got a Maxxd but it’s a 21k, love the trailer but it’s a little small for the dozer. I’m going to be in the Riceville TN area in march, helping a church out in that area, would love to meet up maybe for lunch or dinner.
1 Corinthians 3:9-15 When we maintain Christ as our foundation we shall be saved. However we also have the power of choice and can fall as 1/3rd of the angles did and as Sodom and Gomorrah did. Bible says God will turn you over to a reprobate mind in some situations.
