When u use plastic spoons in a hot food or beverage , it creates Cancer nd also hot Tea or Coffee in a plastic cup , hot food in a plastic bowl 🥣 , plastic rubber wrapped on hot food such as Banku ext . Aluminum Foil does the same when heated with food , wrapped with food into the Oven . Beware of Tilapia fish . Farm raised Tilapia carries Mercury nd other toxic stuff which creates Cancer . Please , research these things just so u get to see it for self . Pink salt or Sea Salt are the healthiest Saltto cook with . Alright take care sister .

I am Jamaican living in Canada and I so appreciate your videos. We clean and cook the same way. I always clean my meal with either lime or white vinegar. I also wash my knives and cutting boards as soon as I'm done using them . No sitting around until the end of the night. I'm inspired to try Jollof rice as you make it look easy.

Hmmmm yummy, yummy. You are a fantastic chef❤️, I ❤️your food. I have learned a lot today and I'm definitely going to try them out. The only thing I'm not going to add is the hot pepper. In my country of South Sudan, we don't cook with hot pepper. That is prepared separately and you can add it to your plate. Also the method of cooking is different but the ingredients are the same, except for the yam powder. We use sorghum or maise for fufu, which we call "Asida". Now thats how you clean meat...not take it out the pack and cook. (Lemon line or vinegar gets the gunk and raw chicken smell/game tast off the neat. Thanks K..... I am caribbean thats how we clean meat also. Thanks I did the jollof ....it reminds me of what we call seasoned rice. Love how clean you cook.

I can watch you cook all day. I cooked for my family for years I loved it. My taste buds have changed so I don't cook like I use to. My daughter was in Accra Ghana a couple of years ago for her masters program. She wasn't allowed to eat any street food because of restrictions put on by her school.
