The amount of times she checks her phone while driving stressssssessss me out. I’m over here praying for baby girls safety. I went vegan and fell off and she’s motivating me to get back into it. I felt so good and mental clarity was 👌🏾

That's great you're changing things up. I would consult with a nutritionist and get blood work often because people tend to not pair the right foods and become sick or deficient because they're not getting enough iron or other nutrients or especially amino acids. Not a time you want to go to the hospital.

Why did I know what store you were talking about before you finished giving your description. But they don’t grow their products but most all of there stuff is locally grown/sourced/etc. And they make the food at the hot bar and a good chinch of the cold bar foods themselves. They are a co-op store though so the stuff they have is a direct reflection of their core consumers and things they want in alignment with them being a natural food market. I love this pink sweatsuit. I’ve been waiting for you to wear it sense you showed it in the other video- it gives Mean Girls Vibes but then the purse adds that Galleria Garibaldi Flare!

I went vegan for over six months cold turkey... I love it. I need to visit that store. Just egg is pretty good but you have to add black salt to it and yassss it’s really good.

I’ve been vegan for almost a year. The thing i learned about vegan cheese is to take a break for a few weeks to allow your tastebuds to reset so you don’t try to compare it. Then try it. Don’t get me wrong some of them are still going to be terrible but it helps. My favorites are Violife, the new Daiya Cheddar and and Miyoko’s is my favorite and her new line of Cheddar and Pepper Jack is so good. You can find it at Whole Foods right now if it’s near you.

Unfortunately American Spring Water is just purified water. *Search it on RU-vid. Try The Company Man RU-vid channel. He has a short video on why water companies are hated. And there was also a Netflix documentary. So, you may as well purchase purified water whenever available for less. *Oh and love the video ☺

Here in Italy we can't use our own bags for fruits and veg, they make us pay the little biodegradable bag 😞 it's OK because it's biodegradable and I use for my compost but... Why I can't use MY BAG?? Sad

Kera Ariyel okay imma be honest. It took me over a year to even get into the vegan cheese and meat. I think you might be too early on for that stuff. Enjoy your early vegan phase!! It’s your own thing. It’s great.
