You're lucky you get to actually use your cart down the aisles. Our bins make you park them against the walls and then you have to either carry a bag to gather with or invest in a hulkin like I did on wheels. The weight was getting to my back, hauling back and forth to the parked cart ....

When I was in Minnesota they make you park it and then haul stuff back and forth. It was a little exhausting 😬😬😢

Don't know for sure, but toilet bags might come in super handy for RV travel when you are between stops with dumping abilities. Or for use with a commode. Just thinking those might be it. Or maybe on boats. Three times I've personally encountered toilets that I wished had a bag. Yikes.
