Today we are making a lemon olive oil three layered cake with whipped strawberry cream! This might just be the cutest cake I've ever made (even though we ran into a lot of disasters along the way, haha!) ENJOY!

I’m so glad this is back 😍😍. If you add zest to the dry ingredients it prevents the zest from getting clumped up and makes sure it’s evenly distributed throughout the cake. Thought I’d share ❤️

Made this right after you posted!! Tip for those who don’t have 6’ pans! I doubled the batter and it poured perfectly into three 9’ pans and made a perfect sized cake 🥰
