Let’s Make This Berenguer Doll Into A Weighted Therapy/Collectible Doll! 

There are some plumbing pieces you can get at Lowe’s that if screwed together serve as a neck ring for these dolls and there’s no glueing involved. I’ve used them many times over the years.

This takes me back, must be 20 years ago now, i bought a boy first yawn and a girl with the name interested face at the time,i took them apart weighted them gave them cloth bodies, satin gloss on lips nails, painted inside nostrils rooted hair small amount on my 8 year olds but not on my 3 year it came to the necks i too cut around the torso instead of taking the heads out,i made them up dressed in blue and pink with pink and blue outfits blankets cuddly toy to match, dummies bottles my girls had a mini box opening before box openings were a thing lol and i still have both of them all these years later and they still look like new x i treasure them

The doll looks like a boy to me. This video was so fun to watch and it's so cool to see how the reborn bodies are put together

I'm thinking about doing this to my berenguer that was from Walmart

I just got the same doll and put her on a soft body. I did not put weights in her just stuffed her nicely with soft polyfill. I might get some glass beads and add them but it is just fine without and they look so cute and can lay down flat and on their tummy when they are on a soft cloth body. I got mine from Etsy and paid TOO much just for some gloss on the lips and manicured fingernails. Learned my lesson, but the doll is super cute.

Great video! I would like to be able to do something like that with some of my Berenguer babies. I have the First Yawn La Newborn, and he is an anatomically correct boy. I named him Kullen.

So precious! I've been contemplating doing this for my niece who has a doll like this but I messed up the first time around and got the wrong size of neck plug and will have to see what size is actually needed and try again.
