I love the fact that when you showed your husbands stash of junk food that you said you had no interest in any of them, that is true willpower and determination too to get the weight off and to be the size you want to be too. It’s awesome that it works that way too and that you also aren’t craving them. I have always been pretty much able my whole life to sit at a table with sweets sitting there and not touch them until after I hit 50 which irritates me to no end cuss I’ve always hated sweets.🙄🤨. Now I got my willpower back and am able to say no when I don’t want it but will when I do have that sweet tooth.
