This looks awesome! Price is very reasonable from a small company, and I love how versatile these are. If I can scrape it together, I'm getting the "all-in" set, but if not, I'm at least getting two sewers, since I can make a street diorama myself. What I *can't* do is make a sewer that will support other dio pieces. Good job Ramen, now I gotta make room for these 😅
Before going in on which MUSK options I'm gonna do, I hope Ace gives more details on the accessory packs. Like I'm not sure how close Ace will be able to replicate all the toon pieces. Don't wanna commit all my money to that, and it ends up being a partial replication of that look. So I feel like the realistic scheme will be a safer route, since its accessory pack won't have all these iconic bits that the toon one needs. The other thing is wondering if we'll have the option to get a basic platform to set on top of the sewer, for those of us wanting to put the NECA street scene on top. Or maybe we'll need to improvise with putting a piece of foam board or something on it.
Ramen toys bringing a good deal for the common man. Props for Ace and his crew for creating a fair product and price. Hatter I appreciate you keeping folks appraised of the progress and value of this project 👍✌️
Thanks, The mailbox, phone booth and lamp post is a bonus item We will include it free if we hit a certain direct website sales qty for the Super MUSK. likely the number is 3500 units. We will confirm it and announce it accordingly.
Looks very cool and the price doesn't seem too bad considering it has lights included, but it's going to be really empty without any accessories. Ideally I would like to have the cartoon version with a cartoon street scene to go on top, but I don't know if I would trust the weight of the cartoon street scene on top of a diorama not also made by Neca (honestly I don't even trust the official Neca diorama to not eventually warp or cave under the weight of the street scene). I'll eagerly await more info on this project.
I think he did a fantastic job with this. I'm definitely going to grab one, but I really wish he would have taken the feedback about the depth being two inches too long... It's going to hang over most shelves, and look a little awkward.
Agreed. Red is too intense and uniform. They should have just copied NECAs cartoon street scene color scheme. I would also ask for milticolored bricks, but I have a feeling the lower cost is tied to minor shortcuts such as uniform colors to reduce cost. Should be easy enough to paint/modify.
Well I'm in for $600. Hopefully shipping won't kill me. I have so many figures, this seems like the perfect way to display them. I need standard and cartoon. FML. My wallet
I was fomo enough that I bought one of Neca's but I'll definitely be interested in one of these to store the Van if that ever gets shipped😡. The upper street parts are tempting too for other collections I have.
it’s too much for me, once converted to australian dollary-doos, however it is significantly better value than what NECA is offering. The lights alone are an enormous improvement now that we have seen NECA’sfinished product
these look so good. I want to put my tmnt x power rangers cross over figures in them but not sure which would look better. I think the standard one but that cartoon one looks great.
maybe neca will have the mirage tmnt 4pack. i seen a neca rep at nycc say that they will bring those back for sell, he actully said don't get them from ebay and flippers lol
@@davidliskey3553 Ah! I see now. Is that the name of their dios in general and MUSK is this particular one? Either way, it’s cool that they are using it and also I am not very observant
@@schadenfreudeind from one of his livestreams Ace said if this does well he is planning on doing others under the DIO Ramen banner (a cave display i believe was asked about) this one is M.U.S.K. Modular underground sewer kommand
Hey yo!!!Mad Hatter!!! Where you at man? I’ve been messaging you on instagram. What gives man? To many followers now or what’s the deal. 😅 let me know bud. Been busy I see…you hardly make any videos. You never reviewed that giant galactus either? And about that…wanted to actually ask if you wanted to sell it to me? 😅😅 let me know what’s up!?
I’m DEFINITELY buying the Super Musk… the ONLY problem I’m having is do I want standard or cartoon?! 🙈 it’s sooo hard, I can’t decide which They both look AMAZING!
I’m in on this for my movie turtles 100% and maybe one section for a toon TMNT set up, my only issue is the second room losing so much space due to the sewer water stream, wish that was there or wish/hope there will be some kind of grating to put over it so that you can stand figures and such in that room with out it looking like they are “playing Jesus” and walking on water
@@the_cheap_ones the only thing removable (so far, as ace stated a few months back) will be the silicone “water”. I’m really hoping that there’s something in among whatever accessories they might do that covers it🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
@@ItsJGonzo yeah you can move the “water” around as in the silicon “water” insert but I’m pretty sure the indent in the floor that holds the “water” is a permanent fixture in that section
