online chess is filled with cheaters who only receive love from a chess engine 39:30 - perfect theory. im watching another GM speedrun here on YT and 1200s are getting an advantage out of the opening when he 1) is a GM and 2) published a Chessable course on the opening. I analyze the games as they’re played, and it really feels like 4 out of 5 matches have at least 1 stockfish move (usually more).

I can confirm at 1200 level youll play some opponents that blunder tactics and pieces and others that play 97% accurate games, guess its totally luck based and not assisted

30:11 I recently lost 100 elo and was sent back to 1200s after a long time. I don't know if it is me but they find great moves which makes me think how this is a 1200 you know. Like I try different openings different strategies and these guys always break my opening like a pro even though I know 90% of how my game is supposed to proceed. I suspect the scale of chess content on the internet increases the quality of lower-level players.
