If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. Too many times I pity myself and so bummed with how things are with my life. When reading comments I'm brought to reality that so many are here, listening, reading, and writing. I'm reminded that we are in so many ways alike wanting, wishing, needing. Then you get those who generally wish us all well. I'm smiling now and feel as though I can carry on.

I am trying so hard to be positive, lonely lost, and last night my girlfriend's daughter died of an overdose. why oh why. what is this life all about. I feel like giving up what with my cancer, husbands Alzheimers, best friend has Aids. and now this. For all the lost lonely souls out there I send positive prayers and blessings, in the hope that it will help. This beautiful music is an oasis to comfort our souls.

I never did get over the sudden loss of my uncle last year. He was killed in a hit and run motorcycle accident. I never really got over it, and I put this on as part of an assignment for P.E. I have been living lost in this world for so many years just trying to find my purpose in life. I am very grateful for everyday that i get to see my children. When they say I love you and that I am perfect. Even though I don't feel perfect because of all the messes i made in my life that sombody else in life had to clean up. I just want to be happy joyous and free. My mommy isn't proud of me. My grandma wants the best for me. I wish healing for everyone and love for those who feel unloved. I wish success to those who feel like a failure. I wish dreams come true to all the nations. I'm sorry families and people who loved me that I let u down but im sorry to myself the most for letting myself down. I wish my kids the best life possible. I want to give them the 🌎. But is it safe to trust ? Is it safe to be truly happy? Is it safe to be truly free? Is it safe to let go and let the great mystery unfold all it has instore for me? I hope I can still live my dreams even tho I am 38 years old.

I wanted to run away, I wanted to screw everything out from my dreams and aspirations. Even though I changed since that, an anxious feeling defeats my own way, due to COVID-19 pandemic, I've realized that I'm lucky to have both of my parents, to support me, to give me all their love. Although I am safe and healthy during this difficult pandemic, I woke up last night filled with fear and anxiety. I meditate, do yoga, and keep myself busy each day but for some reason, emotions must have caught up with me. I looked thru RU-vid and found this wonderful music which was the only way I could get my body relaxed enough to settle down and finally sleep. This video helps me sleep. I have stage four liver Cancer and sometimes the pain won't let me sleep so I will play this video and it helps. When I listen to it I think of my mom right next to me saying it's okay baby I'm right here. I mom passed away from lung cancer. My daughter and I love this video it helps so much. My daughter asked me one night mommy can we listen to the video so we can go to sleep. The video helps with the stress and pain. Thank you for who ever made this video.

Before stumbling across *4ManifestAll. Com* in the Fall I was living in the homeless shelter system of my city for nearly a year, I was just approved for a fixed disability income, I was struggling with the separation from a long-term, unhealthy, steady relationship Immediately after reading the instructions that came with my purchase, I started following the program. These past two nights, I have felt the need to refresh my mind and seek comfort and pleasure while meditating. With that, I have developed a relationship with a voice inside my head-my ‘higher self’- and it seems to be for the greater good. This voice has been giving me guidance these past couple of nights and for some reason, the descriptions of this guidance has star struck me in a way that I cannot fully describe, but only encourage you to discover. You will find that voice as it is already there inside of you, and you it will help you overcome any challenges you may have. Whatever problems are thrown at you, God and your ‘higher self’ will help solve these problems. God bless.

I just want the people I love to stay but it's hard to keep them:(. I have this toxic personality that can make people hate me. It's a repetitive attitude that I can't control. I get so insecure over small things. In short, I'm over sensitive. Yesterday, they confronted me about my toxic personality and it feels like I got a very painful slap to reality. I want to be alone because I am ashamed and afraid that I might hurt them again. I want to be alone but at the same time I need them. I need their comfort. It's like I lose interest in everything. I don't even know where to start. I have no one to talk to and then I searched "music for meditation", found this. I am listening to this while staring at the sky. I want to be motivated to be able to save myself and keep the people I love dearly. I hope I can get through this as soon as possible before everything's too late.

Sometimes I feel down and lost. Like I'm in the dark with my eyes closed and im afraid to take every step. However when I get lost in my thoughts with music like this I remmember how beautiful the world can be and there is no set plan for anyone. Peace and happiness exists in all of us and the journey to find these things is not always easy, but rewarding nonetheless. I hope all of you guys are enjoying the journey 💖

You realise after you have screwed up your life and the only way to get it back is to look into your soul as your feelings and lust for life are dead. But when reconnecting you see something you haven't felt in a long time instead of that rush of doing bad things you get a soothing sense, a reconnection with your surroundings a feeling you haven't felt since you were a child; something called comfort and protection but with a nakedness to it an inoccence you can't protest. I feel you too man I'm currently moving towards that feeling with every day of my life. The only way to truly mend you soul is through love and the way to remind yourself is through the scars. God be with you and continue your struggle cause that's what makes us who we are.

Hello Michelle, this music is beautiful, I play it nearly every day because my life is in a similar turmoil, for me knowing their are others worse off doesn't really help because of the pain I sometimes feel. I have begun to look into Mindfulness and it is helping. Its not taking the problems away nothing can realistically but the techniques like this music help me cope.
