Thank you 💖 I’m such an empath and constantly taking on others energy so easily. Just now learning this about myself at 27 years old. Daily mediation is something I’m including in my daily routine now.

Bless you❤ I am also an empath & it has taken me years (I am 58) to figure out why I had always reacted so strongly to the energy around me. It even got scary a few times because I’d start crying for no apparent reason & I would constantly be trying to fix everyone around me. I have learned through the years that the best way I can help people heal is by being the me that God made & taking care of that person. I have learned to love myself strongly & take care of myself. I know that by doing this, I can be of much more service. Daily meditation is HUGE for me! If I don’t meditate every morning & night, (or at least in the morning) I feel off & I don’t like it. I wish you well along your journey. Sending you so much love & light ❤💫

Susan the reiki you are giving is truly majestic. I closed my eyes during this reiki and I felt a jolt around my heart/lung area. I felt as if something physically heavy was lifted off my chest and while this happened, I saw I held a small twig in my hand which I dropped when I felt the tapping. It felt like such a big release. Even felt how good it felt that I had one more hand free.

Thank you, I had a roommate come into the kitchen while I was making a smoothie and I immediately felt something come into my solar plexus that didn’t feel good, I did a entity cleanse but what else do you think it might have been? I've got to let go of the thoughts, judgements and criticism because it may be hurting me the most. I'd like to have love and joy and peace without fear of it taken away when someone tries to steal that I get defensive, energy reaction becomes more of a negative scattered mess. This seems to help with the blue heart which means cool down a bit and channel that fire somewhere else like back to my own self power. ❤💙❤Ty
