Sam et Al de Code Quantum avec la chanson des The Everly Brothers : Let it be me. Sam and Al of Quantum Leap with the song of The Everly Brothers : Let it be me.
Still heartbroken over the fact that Dean Stockwell passed away in November. There's no Quantum Leap without the irreplaceable Dean Stockwell. Admiral Albert "Al" Calavicci was the best character he ever played and we are all richer for Dean Stockwell's contribution to the series. Often wondered what time travelling Sam Beckett would do without his best friend Al. RIP Dean. A gentleman and a great all round entertainer who will be sadly missed. Our loss is Heaven's gain. 🙏🏻💔
Oh, boy. . . I hope this isn't a "slash video!" I don't mean to offend; it's just, I hate when people do that. This is really sweet though. I've always been touched by scenes in episodes like "Star Crossed," "Camikazi Kid," "Honeymoon Express," etc. that really show how much Sam and Al care for one another. That's due, in no small part, to the unique chemistry and real-life friendship that Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell still share to this day.
+113928892267368443642 That's a fair question (and I apologize for the length of my answer). Let me preface this by saying I was raised by my Mom with tolerance and acceptance. I just don't like when fans take two well-established characters, who love each other like brothers, and "turn them" gay. In my humble opinion, it's insulting to characters who actually are gay. Don Bellisario wrote a brilliant episode called "Running for Honor," which dealt with the issue of whether or not homosexuals should be in the military. Scott and Dean played their parts beautifully. Sam and Al themselves, however, are not gay and shouldn't be portrayed as such.
Dean's Girl Personally I would have to respectfully disagree, but to each our own. Anyways, thanks for a civilized answer and not screaming at me like most people would. And the length of the answer is fine, because I do that all the time.
